From engraving Yeti's for holiday gifts, to even helping my husband with a NATCA award for their team building golf outing. Patty is always professional and the work is on time and always exceeds expectations! Patty engraved this charm for my Aunt whose mother sadly passed away. She helped beautifully capture her cursive handwriting on a charm my aunt wears every day to remember her Mom. I purchased this charm from State Street Jewelers and they also highly recommend Patty for jobs they need assistance with and have been working together for years. Patty is my go to locally owned and operated engraving business and wouldn't go anywhere else. Patty rocks!

We would often be missing items, receive double of an item we did not ask for, and plates would come scratched and damaged. Screw holes were never in the same place, font would be off center, and the pricing is way too high compared to other places nearby. She never keeps a log of when items are paid for, only when the order was placed, so it made our bookkeeping a nightmarish experience I will be happy to be done with. Do yourself a favor and go to Doc Morgan for your engraving needs. They are cheaper with better and consistent quality.

The craftsmanship, professionalism, prompt service, and attention to detail were exceptional. What started as "just buying a gift" turned into creating something truly meaningful and personal -- something my friend and his family will remember and appreciate for years. At one point, people suggested I simply buy a gift card and let my colleague choose something himself. I'm so glad I didn't. A personalized gift carries emotions, friendship, memories, and thoughtfulness behind it, and Create Cut Invent helped make that possible. From now on, this will be my go-to place for meaningful and personalized gifts. Highly recommended.
