#33/2024 This is not a shopping mall Kohls This is one of those standalones that are usually found in the little strip center along the lines with usually a home goods and a Marshalls. It's a ground floor one level it's a very large store. The only thing I don't like about this one is a lot of the sales people that work here now are quite aloof. I tried to get some assistance for some athletic pants and I get to find somebody and ask him to page some like four or five times. I have noticed though the reviews kind of reflect this recently too this is kind of a Kohls if you know what you want you go and get like say a pair of jeans or a shirt and out gone. I will say the one located in Orland Park is a whole lot better and I will be reviewing that one that's an older store multi-level but the staff is what really makes it. Also the stock is a lot smaller here too you can go to two different locations it's amazing when I looked at the stuff that was there for men as far as athletic pants and I was looking for by Adidas it was a very limited selection I went to another location and they had a very large stock. So basically from my two experiences here recently I just given three stars it's average across the board nothing great nothing bad. read more

I love our local Lemont Kohls. The staff is hard working, helpful and friendly. The selection is great and the store is nicely remodeled.

This has to be the biggest Kohl's I've ever been to! They do needs to have directional signs stating where everything is so you don't have to walk all over the store to find the department. read more

I was in Kohl's, Lemont, trying to order online. My internet connection was poor and my order wouldn't go through. First an associate named Jessica tried to help me, my phone still was not placing the order. She called Bobbi, who I think was the manager, then she tried. We still could not place the order. These 2 employees continued to help me until the order finally went through. They never gave up on me and my order was only for $14. This was great customer service!! read more

Went to this kohls to buy some of my kids back to school clothes and boy did it take a turn! I couldn't find the little girls section and asked an employee for directions. She rolled her eyes and pointed to the direction of the department. Whatever. I did my shopping and as I was waiting in line to checkout I overheard the manager and another worker talking about me! I tried to ignore it but couldn't miss the word "black people" from their conversation. They're talking about my race???? I tried to confront them but they ran away. I was able to get their names. I went here shopping for a lot of things, particularly clothes. I like this location, first of all, because it has spacious parking and quick and easy access. Second, is because it is not too crowded. There were a lot of people, but it was not crowded that much and the people were still practicing social distancing, which is really nice. Last but definitely not least, is that on that particular day I was able to buy a lot of wonderful items at such a reasonable price because most were on sale, and I was also able to buy a lot of good and interesting items from the clearance sale. I was really happy with the items I bought because I know for a fact that everything is of good quality. There are various brands inside, and those brands that the store has are all the best brands. The quality is great and I was able to get the items at such a great and reasonable price. I was just looking around when I found myself in the women's section of a particular store, and I would definitely say that they have a good selection of clothes for women. I highly recommend this store. Aside from the good quality and reasonable prices, the selection in the women's section is really amazing and it is definitely worth a visit as well. If you want to shop for clothes and other items, this place is a must. read more

I like Kohl's it's not a "full service" department store, bit you can find help if you need assistance. This store is great for bargain hunting. Many sale items, discounts and clearance items can be found. Nice shopping atmosphere in the store. Much nicer than most discount retailers. read more

Cashier (really older lady) was so rude. I refuse to be helped by her again & she had the audacity to offer my a kohls charge.

Is the Kohls in Lemont, IL looking to close soon? I haven't been there for some time, the place is empty! There was no variety anymore.

Another great Kohls. Why they want to have another location so close to 75th I do not know. It must be a plan for the future. Some of the stock is older it seems or has less turn around than at 75th but it is still all the basics of what one would ever need. I found stuff I needed when visiting family- it is pretty easy to find all the basics like jeans, a tshirt you like and underwear easily enough. Staff are friendly and not as rushed it seems. Service is great and there are people able to help you when you need them. They have some great coupon deals every now and then. Just like regular busy Kohls. Parking is cool since it is really the only destination- of kohls and target so not huge crowds for say a 4th of July fireworks display- Yes- writing this round the corner of July 4th. We would always go to watch from the district park the fireworks but this would be a horrible place to park and walk from- so not too many people park here that are not shopping specifically at the stores so it is great to get in and out easily. read more

Great location that's laid out perfectly. Aisles are spaced nicely (unlike some Kohl's) and their clearance items are always a steal and neatly organized (unlike most stores in general). Staff is always friendly and parking lot is massive. read more

"Reasonable". (Another one of my one word reviews that is a lot more than one word) Sure, you're not going to find a Vera Wang Wedding dress here (or maybe you can, who knows? But you get my point), but if you don't want to spend a lot for decent clothing with good, general styling, Kohl's is a good place to start. Their in store sales can often be a nice surprise, too. It's a good feeling when you've just found something you've decided to buy and upon looking up, you notice a sign saying that they're offering 20% off of everything from that particular manufacturer that day. YESSS! Yet another shopping experience where you won't spend as much as you may have elsewhere on comparable merchandise. I'd recommend checking it out, but I'm betting most of you have already. They always have the worst selection of shoes for my kids every time I go . Every time someone asks me about the Kohl's in Lemont I never recommend the store. I tell them not to go their because the selection of shoes are not good at all. read more

I have had my watch batteries replaced here for years. Today I went in and the same very unfriendly woman in the jewelry department refused to sell me a battery since I didn't buy the watch there. This was never a problem before in all the years that I've come to Kohls for this. Her attitude and this experience have turned me away. I'll cease going to Kohls for all of my purchases now (clothes, appliance, etc) unless Kohls actively intervenes in this situation and resolves the issue - which I doubt they will do. read more

This is a great store, and I am glad to have a Kohl's in Lemont. Customer Service in this store was able to add my husband as the person to pick up an online order in this store, because I sure couldn't do that online, due to password issues that kept happening when I tried logging into my account. read more

Great location. Most of the clothing is pretty durable, but I have had some sweaters wear out quickly and some pants tear on me from here. Not to happy about that, but they are always willing to do exchanges and returns. Gotta love the kohls cash and sales. read more

Cashier seemed to have somewhere to be. When you kohl's charge on a purchase, it requires you to "hit the green button" and sign several times as well as enter your social. This was the first time i have used my kohl's charge so it did help to have some guidance. However unfortunately the kohl's team member used phrases like "you're killing me" while there were a few customers behind me. I was anxious to run out because i felt kind of embarrassed. I work in customer service and do understand the importance of making customers feel welcome. As it turns out, this was not the case. I placed an order online for pick up and when I got to the store the customer service associate couldn't locate my order. It wasn't in the system at all. I had placed the order online about 4hours before and had even received an email confirmation staring that the order had been placed. I was frustrated and annoyed- I had driven from Plainfield and I had placed the order online thinking it would be a much faster process. I forgot to mention it was Black Friday so the store was busy and full of customers. The associate radioed the manager, Bonnie, to let her know about the situation. By this point I found my self acting a little unpleasant. It wasn't Bonnie's fault but clearly I was taking it out on her. Quite frankly I hate shopping and should've opted for home delivery. But there we were on the phone with kohls customer service. The order I had placed had one item available in lemont and another item was available in Romeovile yet neither stores had the orders in their system. It was super strange that once Bonnie spoke to the customer service rep the order showed up in their system. And not just that it showed up that they were past the time to pick the item out from the floor. I'm assuming there was a glitch or something from the main system. I left with my item but I just thought of how mean I had acted. Bonnie did an excellent job at staying calm and responding professionally. She took care of the situation and really went above and beyond when she contacted Romeoville to make sure my order was showing up in their system as well. Thanks for being so sweet Bonnie. I went to two other kohls that day to pick up orders and none compared to the store in Lemont. If you want great customer service come visit this kohls store!! read more
