I had a really disappointing experience with this boutique. I exchanged an item and received a…read morestore credit. Common practice for these small boutiques. You are not refunded but given a credit to use inn their store. When I returned to use it--just five days past the expiration dat (only 6months by the way) the staff member told me it might still be possible to use it and suggested I reach out to the owner, since she has reactivated store credits for others in the past. What's most frustrating is that the expiration date was never mentioned to me at the time of the exchange. It was simply handwritten in pen on the receipt, which I didn't even notice. That's not a professional or transparent way to communicate an important policy, especially when it involves a customer's money. When I contacted the owner, I was told the system automatically deletes expired credits and there was absolutely nothing that could be done. This contradicts what I was told in the store and left me feeling dismissed as a customer. I understand having policies, but this felt unnecessarily rigid and inconsistent. I won't be shopping here again, and I'd caution others to be aware that store credits can quietly expire without clear communication or flexibility.

I've had wonderful encounters with all of the staff until this evening. My husband and I went in to buy another bottle of wine that we purchased earlier this week (it was pretty delicious) and we were carded by a manager named Andre. We have out of state IDs and were denied the ability to buy a bottle of wine because my husbands ID "felt like paper". He literally asked if we had a passport to prove our ages. Yeah, we carry our passports in our pockets. Here ya go...? Hmm... So a word to the wise: if you're going to Walgreens to buy a bottle of wine with your out of state ID and Andre is working, take your passport or he will not believe that you are older than 21. Other than this bro-chacho, this Walgreens has some pretty outstanding service.

Its rare that I get out to shop as I have health issues. I was very excited to be having a well enough day to get out and that I actually found some items that fit. We walk so slow that I know the cashier had to have noticed the bra was still on the counter way before we got to our car and could have walked out and given it to us. There was a customer right behind us so she probably just pushed it to the side and figured she would rather have us come back and get it instead of doing the right thing and walking out to give it to us. I spoke to a manager??? (Musa), at least they told me he was, but most managers care about customer service. He sounded like he could totally care less. When I explained what happened his reply was that he would speak to her. I asked if someone could deliver the item since it was their mistake. Why should we have to waste our gas. He said no we dont do that but he would have a talk with her. I told him that doesnt help me and that I should at least get some sort of discount off the item to help pay for my gas money it will cost to go back and get the item, as it was not my mistake. Again he said "we dont do that" But why should we have to spend gas money because she didnt walk out after us when made the mistake of not putting it in the bag? They could have shipped it or had it delivered, via uber or any other delivery service. It was not fair to me. I really would have just asked for refund but as I said I hardly ever get out to shop in person and try things on so I wanted the item. They could have given a small refund for error. If Musa really is a manager he is a terrible one and does not care about customers.
