We highly recommend Betty at BK Jewelry for all your jewelry needs. Serving us for the last 15 years, we have always been more than pleased with her service and the products she offers. Very professional, knowledgeable and more than willing to help, Betty is a jewelry you can count on. Her prices are reasonable and more than competitive. We just celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. Through Betty's kind and thoughtful assistance, our celebration of this beautiful occasion became that much more memorable. Gail & Rich read more

This place is the best! Had some issues with an appraisal and the team there was gracious enough to be honest and fair and gave me the advice i should go through. Ended up buying a necklace as I left. Thanks Betty!!! read more

My boyfriend and I went in to look at engagement rings and the lady working could not have been more annoyed. She was disinterested in helping us or interacting with us. She was sure to point out that online sizes were different than in store sizes. Every comment she made regarding metal, diamonds and settings was condescending. We were really hoping to have a good experience, learn and support a local business. Not only was her attitude a pure turn off, but the store lacks selection in jewelry overall. The interior screams we would like to go out of business soon. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Ever. read more

Very cordial staff at this small jewelry storefront in downtown Naperville. I've received a couple nice gifts purchased from them over the years and return regularly to see what's new. They do wish lists. It's a traditional jeweler with lots of diamonds and white/yellow gold, nothing too casual or outrageous. My spouse is currently sporting a wedding band that he dubs his "biker ring" - not too comfy - so I'm thinking of replacing it soon with a band he tried on today at this store. Don't mention it to him (he never reads my reviews). read more

This has been my only jewelry store since BK was first open. Betty has both wonderful items available in her store but, also, an incredible knowledge of jewelry and how to make it your own. read more

Fabulous jewelry store, not pushy or full of themselves! Very helpful and great selection! I would definitely recommend this place for a large purchase because they are very fair and are trustworthy individuals! read more

I came into this store with a custom ring design idea, and the crusty old hag behind the counter acted as if she could not be bothered with entertaining a lowly prole. I had to quickly pull out my phone to check my GPS. I was in fact still in Naperville, but she seemed to think her store was in Beverly Hills. Her condescending and vague responses made it painfully obvious that my potential business was not a concern. This woman was the type of detestable individual that Hannibal Lecter would cannibalize in the name of performing a public service. I had just come from Perle Jewelers down the street and they were very accommodating, and happy to share their expertise. Pearle ended up receiving my business and I was very satisfied all-around! I would not even give BK Jewelry a second thought. read more

Well, we were back again to BK Jewelry to make another purchase yesterday. Many thanks to Betty for her great knowledge and genuinely warm high touch service. They have been around forever and we have made multiple purchases over the years. My wife receives unsolicited comments on her jewelry from them. This time we bought the beautiful tanzanite ring in the photo. Stop by and visit this quaint shop and you will find that they really have a broad range of quality designs and even current trends with some very unique pieces from around the world. They also do custom work and design as well. I noticed too few reviews of jewelers on Yelp. Most people have more confidence with word of mouth and referral from friends. I do very few reviews and want them all to matter. I felt it was important especially for those seeking help that I share information on this great jeweler. Some time back my wife lost her wedding ring and was quite distraught. We worked out the insurance stuff and went shopping. She wanted something different now. We literally went to every jeweler within 20 miles. Many limited in design and quality but premium prices for brand name versus quality pieces. It was just the opposite at BK. We found the focus was on quality and uniqueness and little to no regard for brand name per se. Don't be fooled with the hyped up price tags of hearts on fire at other jewelers. Instead go to BK and seek out a consultative shopping experience for high quality and peace of mind in a secure investment. Anyways, there isn't enough information out there on jewelers as we noticed when looking on our own. Check out BK yourself and you will find knowledgeable people and high quality at reasonable prices. Forget the rest and go here for the best. Thank you Betty for your all your help. This is our go-to place for anything jewelry. read more

BK Jewelry - Tanzanite Stone Ring - Jewelry Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

BK Jewelers is by far the greatest experience you will ever have purchasing something special for a loved one. I have known the staff for years and now travel from Wisconsin to continue making my fine jewelry purchases from Betty. The compliments I receive and the quality is beyond my every expectation. The only way you will ever be disappointed is if your requests are without merit because I know BK Jewelers will deliver without question nothing but the best to wow your loved one. read more

Went shopping for diamonds and stumbled into BK. They say the have been around for many years, but I was not familiar with them. They showed me some stones that they had, and although the ones in stock were not what I wanted, I was very impressed with the process they went through. First, they would need to order in some stones to my liking, which is what most jewelers would need to do. But second, knowing that the stones they had in stock were not to my liking, they inspected each stone and then provided me with the loupe and pointed out exactly where to look for the problem areas. This is great because you are seeing why they don't want you to buy something you don't want, rather than just telling you it's not good. They seem like a very honest and reputable firm. read more

Betty, owner of the store is the most accommodating, helpful and pleasant woman I've ever encountered. I have made several purchases here and she is always happy to help with anything that does not suit you! Her shop is inviting and has pricing for all levels from low to high! And all her merchandise is of the upmost quality with unique designers! Why someone would revert to ugly name calling of this beautiful, knowledgeable and reasonable woman is beyond me! The ugly comment could not possibly be a customer, must be someone with a alternative agenda to hurt her. I met her when I walked into this store 6 months ago and she has been one of my favorite jewelry vendors since! read more

I visited BK Jewelry to get an appraisal on my engagement ring. Betty, the owner, assisted me and was very cordial and helpful. She examined my ring and had a professional appraisal ready for me in half an hour. While I was there I also browsed for some diamond earrings. Betty pointed out several different selections and was able to find something that was in my price range. She also helped me select some nice pearl earrings. These are wish lists items that I would like my husband to buy me, and Betty filled out a card to keep on file for him and gave me a card as well. I found the service to be very friendly and much more personal than I've received at any of the mall jewelry stores. The store also has a lovely selection of earrings. I will definitely go back. read more

Want to thank Betty, and all that is BK Jewelry for giving yet another one of my children a beautiful experience with her engagement ring. I am saddened to see Yelp allow a negative review slip in by a disgruntled friend of a former employee:-(. Thanks for all you do, BK! read more

This is the perfect jewelry store to find the perfect necklace, earnings, bracelets, engagement rings, etc. My husband found my engagement ring here. Betty, the owner, was so helpful in finding the one of a kind ring for him to give me. I look at it every day and am so pleased and happy. Whenever we go back in she always greets us with the warmest smile and asks us what's going on in our life. I have never received more personalized attention than I do every time I go there. She hires the best employees but is not afraid to let them go if they don't pull their weight. BK Jwelry has the best reputation and works hard to keep it that way. I would highly suggest going to BK Jewelry the next time you're in the market for any piece of jewelry. Please don't review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees. read more

Cannot recommend this store enough! I was welcomed to a very inviting staff that immediately greeted me warmly and with a very knowledgable background. Considering I knew nothing about jewelry, BK was the perfect pick to help me pick an engagement ring for my then fiancé. They were very respectful of my limited understanding and budget:). Since then my wife and I have returned multiple times for purchases as well as maintenance and would not imagine going anywhere else! read more

I have been a customer of BJ Jewelry since Betty first opened her door at The Jefferson Hill Shops many years ago. I have followed her from one location to the next because she has always given excellent repair service, fair prices on her inventory and has an over the top designer/goldsmith who is so gifted, creating beautiful pieces that are both unusual and one of a kind. read more

I would pick zero stars, but that is not an option. I had high hopes for this store until just before we walked out. My boyfriend and I are just starting to look at engagement rings. We are just shopping around right now to see what designs we like and what kind of price range they fall into. I had found several rings online by a particular designer (Barkev) that this store was supposed to carry. Granted they did carry a few rings by this designer, but they were very plain and traditional. I am looking for something more unique and was rather disappointed that they did not have anything by this designer that I was looking for. She did say that she could get the ring (as if there was only one I wanted to look at in person), but I could only imagine the pressure to buy it even it turned out to be something that I didn't want in the end. She did not offer to show anything else she may have had. Then at the end she basically called me a "Naperville snob" (um, I don't even live in Naperville) and telling me that "even though you think you want to keep your ring forever, you'll change it within 10 years, you girls always go." I'm sorry, you don't know me after talking to me for 5 minutes. Some people do still cherish the idea of tradition. What she said was rather rude, condescending, and not an appropriate thing to say when trying to make a sale - especially in this economy. They are new, but I don't think they will last. BK Jewelry lost my sale on an engagement ring and any other jewelry I may buy in the future. read more

This is my go to store when purchasing my jewelry. Not only do they carry unique and beautiful pieces you won't find in other stores, the staff is helpful and cordial. The owner will go to any lengths to find what you want and make you happy. If I find a piece somewhere else I like, I go to Betty and she will find it for me. I'd much rather buy from a small boutique and have a personal experience. I don't understand the negative reviews as I have always been treated like a valued customer. read more

As a woman in her 20s just beginning to be able to purchase jewelry for myself and others, I appreciate the time that has been taken with me in the store no matter how big or small the purchase has been. There is a great variety of jewelry styles from unique to more traditional that is sure to fit most budgets. The personalized care that has been taken with me and others that I have been with in the store is not something I have found at other establishments. Each time I have returned, I am remembered by the employees and in today's world, customer service is such a lost art. I definitely will continue to make my jewelry purchases at BK Jewelry! I highly recommend the product and I think you'll be pleased with the overall experience. read more
