I have been shopping here for I think 9 years and Brianna the mgr has been fitting me ever since for jeans. She knows my size, the brand that fits my body best, the style I like (even when I don't think I will like it) all of it.. When I am looking for a new pair of jeans I just pick up the phone and call her and booom when I get to the store she has pile waiting for me to try on. I don't have to go looking for jeans, they come looking for me. What What!! She is the bomb. All the staff that works here is amazing when it comes to knowing what looks good on any size, shape, booty (yes I said booty) and body!! They work magic when it comes to jean fit. This is the only store I can shop for my jeans because I have loooonnng legs. They carry Miss Me, Rocks, Big Star, Day trip and a bunch more brands. They have designs exclusively made for Buckle (meaning you cant get the same Miss Me design at i.e. Macy's etc.). They have every price point too...budget friendly on up to designer prices. If you are a lady (or guy for that matter) who thinks she can't rock a pair of bad azz jeans I would give this location a try. Ask for Brianna..and tell her Dani sent you!

Two days to wait try on and ship back. Product cheap ajd felt weird. (Later saw them on sale at Walmart.com) So I made a quick call to von maur after my mother made the suggestion. You talk about service. I was able to Tell them what I needed and size. (And looking it up on line first I could give them the item number. Lady was so kind to find the items I needed and set them aside. I walked in and amongst all the customers she said hello and passed me to special agent 732925. Calling him special agent cause wow did he take care of me. (Using his id so von maur can give him employee of the month). He was so wonderful. Remembered me from a year and a half ago and helped me big time. Found jeans that were an even better fit. Understood what I needed and because I am on a weight loss program found me similar jeans that were on sale! I was in and out and able to try them on in less than 30 min. No more Amazon wardrobe for me. Their is no way they can touch the service. The selection and in this case the price. Way to go Von Maur! I hope you never leave St Charles. Just amazing. Kudos to the men's department. I will be back in two months when I shrunk down to a 38/36. Amazing. And to agent 732925! I am asking for you each time I am in!

When I first walked in, 2 salesmen saw me and didn't acknowledge me at all. I was going to walk out immediately because I knew it was not going to be my style at all, but I meandered to the women's area and I was right. The merchandise is stuck in the bad, not cool 80s and old fashion style. As I was heading to the door, one of the men that ignored me initially was blocking the door. When he finally acknowledged my existence, I thought he wasn't going to move. I stuck my hand out to open the door and he grudgingly half-ass opened it and said goodbye and replied bye, but he must have not heard me and started to condescendingly say other things. Finally I got tired of his nonsense and responded with $&&#. Funny enough, a woman was going in as I was typing this review and promptly walked out. Lol
