Loft was actually my first store I stopped in. I ventured around the mall for a while after, and every other store felt so short staffed, nobody greeted me, I had to find associates to help me, etc., after an hour or so, I ended up going back to Loft and shopping more! I appreciate a kind and helpful environment when I shop. Not to mention the associates made me feel excited and happy to be there! Definitely recommend this spot. Also - since it's at a super busy outlet mall, the best times to go to avoid a crowd are first thing when they open on the weekends, and weeknights in the few hours before the mall closes.

Overall, was a good experience just not great, and that's because we couldn't find any of the three items we were looking for. Thanks anyways!

Five stars because of Ramon! My fiance needed a suit for his new job and we were kind of clueless…read moreabout what to look for. Ramon took his time and explained everything, even put together some great looks for us. He is an absolute asset to your company, and as a retail market director, myself, someone I'd look for to run one of my stores! I can't recall a more pleasant shopping experience and it was all because of this salesman. We ended up buying a whole suit, two dress shirts and a tie and we left feeling great about our purchase. We will definitely come back to shop for more suits in the future and refer our friends, family and colleagues!

I tried on many things and I want to commend this location on its exemplary service!!! Bianca helped me (and other associates) but she made sure to pull items she thought I would like and gave her honest opinion on everything!!! All the associates smiled, were pleasant and fun! They started a dressing room right away and found sizes immediately! Thank you Bianca!!! I have never experienced such helpful and genuine service! I actually went next door to BCBG and the store wasn't as nice and the sales people were cordial but their standard of assistance was pretty much going "oh I hope you are finding everything okay." I ended up buying a suit set and saved $500 off the retail price for quality and well tailored items! I wish this store was closer but it's probably better for my wallet that its far away haha Five stars for service, cleanliness of store, quality of merchandise and beautiful simple displays!!!! *retail highs*

A meeting in nearby Batavia means a lunch break spent shopping at Chicago Premium Outlets…read more I only had 45 minutes to do my damage, but I'm a swift and severe punisher. I walked into BCBG and deftly made my way through the racks, until I landed upon the sexiest pair of black skinny jeans I've ever seen. Yes, zippers have become de riguer again as of late, but this particular pair has zippers on the back of the leg instead of the side. Less 80s, more sexpot. Can't wait to team them with a new pair of shiny black stilettos! I also picked up two beautiful leather belts and a long, dangly necklace. Very boho and effortlessly chic. Most everything is on sale right now, too... if you can find an excuse to get to Aurora, I highly suggest you do. Before I come back and buy out the entire store! Happy shopping.

I've been wearing their jeans for a…read morevery long time, and when it comes time to invest in a new pair, you'd be a fool to turn anywhere other than a Levi's Outlet store. The range of colors, styles, and fits is difficult to match, and often times, the prices are impossible to beat. I've never cared much for Levi's clothing - everything is short sleeved and has those weird snap button things - but there is quite a bit of that here as well. Honestly, however, I just wanted to comment on the below average service one can expect to receive at this joint. The whole place is full of people who would rather spend their time goofing off and worrying about their hair than helping the people who are actually there to shop. Both times I came in here the past week there was one girl doing all the work while several of her co-workers stood around their equivalent of a water cooler and ignored anyone not wearing a flannel shirt and slip on shoes. The tl;dr version? Good selection, good prices, lousy service. Think Portlandia.

In this economy, when luxury handbags are unaffordable for most of the population, Coach is considered affordable luxury. While I really dislike how many of their products have the logo splashed all over, their leather bags are actually made really well. Don't totally sleep on them. They're at least worth a look and they aren't covered with the cringy signature C. I really love the travel backpack. It's well constructed and one of the best I've ever purchased. It'll be a favorite for a long time. I also love the skirt I bought. It is constructed so well and fits beautifully. It's fully lined and a classic style that will never go out of style. I'm done with fast fashion and this skirt isn't that. The store was packed with people but plenty of employees asked if I needed help.
