Only 4 stars for a few disconnects, but this seemed to be because they were so busy... They left a sensor on one of my items, we pushed back the start time and then needed to start 10m after that (which was fine, I had blocked out the day anyways.) Also I had specified that I was not looking to purchase synthetics, but did have a number of polyester items when I arrived. I think I also would've loved a little more feedback on how pieces looked or what to pair together. Other than that, it was an incredibly seamless appointment. I'm can be a bit picky, but Ruba adapted really fast! Thank you!

I had a phenomenal experience at Aritzia last night!…read more I had come in shortly before closing and I understand how annoying it can be to have one of those last minute people come in but I was treated with nothing but the utmost respect and kindness. As expected, ( you can never go into an Aritzia not falling in love with everything you see lol ) looking around I found so many pieces I just fell in love with. I had grabbed several things and immediately a worker there came to take them for me, grab my name, and set them aside for a fitting room! It was so thoughtful and it just elevated the experience of shopping without having to carry a bunch of clothes around. Once I was done browsing I headed to the fitting room area where my things I had picked up were set aside for me. I then had a pants apart of a set I was in love with but was a size too big not work out too well for me. :(( Yet the kindest girl there looked immediately if they had a 00 to pair with my top on hand which they did and they ended up working perfectly! This is one of the few stores that has sizes in tops and pants that fit my waist measurements perfectly!! :)) Once I was done trying on everything the same girl who had set aside my things took everything that didn't work out for me and didn't let me carry a thing! They truly value their customers and go above and beyond for customer service, satisfaction, and experience. The atmosphere is very clean and orderly. Everything was racked neatly and in place. There wasn't a sign of anything un-orderly or messy. Oh my gosh and the fitting rooms( in pictures provided) are just to die for. I ended up leaving with the most beautiful set, yet it wasn't just the clothes that had me leaving happy it was also how respectful and kind I was treated. How helpful all the staff were there and how welcomed I felt. All I can say is if the manager of this location is reading this review, all the girls working the night of 5/24/25 go above and beyond for their customers and in keeping their store looking put together and beautiful and deserve a huge thanks for up keeping a respectful, friendly, and welcoming face for this Aritzia location. I will most definitely be returning and bringing friends and family.

I'm definitely the type to try and go a size up or down for something I love, but 5 was a bit much. So I went to the Wheaton store, and they had the cardigan. The employees are very friendly and helpful, as I have found in any Lane Bryant store. There was no pressure to buy more than what I went to the counter with. There's usually some credit card offer or impulse item they are pushing.

I went in for a bra fitting,I was promptly greeted and assisted by a cool young lady named Bree, she was very helpful without being 'overly helpful' like some salespeople. Don't be overwhelmed by the selection, It is organized very efficiently and there was little to no wait for the changing rooms. You are allowed to pick only 3 to try on in one hour ,once you get assigned a fitting room (and then wait in that line)If you are lucky enough to have someone with you, they can return 1 or 2 of the 3 dresses after you try them on, and go pick another 1 or 2 for you to try, but the staff scans each dress you try and each dress you return to ensure each person will have no more than 3 dresses in their possession at any time. There is a man on an actual hoverboard returning all the dresses to the racks as fast as possible. So as the mom, I spent an hour running from the floor to the dressing room carrying dresses for her to try, 1 at a time. She had taken pictures of other ones she liked but that wasn't helpful since the inventory is literally like a revolving belt between the 30-40(ish) dressing rooms and the rack. And when they say you get 1 hour, they mean it. They come by telling you when you have 7 mins left, 4 mins left, etc. We had a dress selected to purchase, but asked for 3-4 more minutes to just try the exact same dress one size smaller and were told no, we'd have to re-register and start the wait again. Their business model is clever-create a sense of urgency to choose one dress to purchase because of a time limit and the availability of inventory constantly rotating in and out of other people's dressing rooms. They create FOMO. Also, because they create a sense of urgency, the girls are not carefully putting these dresses on. We encountered several with snags, broken zippers, missing ribbons to lace up, etc. Their prices were what you'd expect, $300-$400 range but are not designer quality. They are a well oiled machine, but too much so if they can't allow a 3 minute extension. If you don't like going to Cheesecake Factory because their food menu is a million pages long, overpriced, and mediocre, then you won't like this place. We ended up walking away without a dress, and won't be going back.
