I was greeted very kindly by Kelly, a store associate on a recent occasion and think it's a really huge, great store with always several options on hand if you're willing to walk around. Nowhere on any of the signs did it say clearance shoes were not included. When I got to the register the salesperson very rudely stated that the clearance shoe could not be used for the bogo. They wasted my time in searching for shoes and lost my business. Why not put any exemptions on the sign so people know up front. Won't be returning, too many other places I can shop.

We actually came for a friend who needed a specific jacket that was sold out at Neiman Marcus and was not even available at Nordstrom. We were helped by Nicole who I have to say is very assertive in such a good way. Absolutely adore her her attention to detail as well as her sense of humor. I would definitely recommend you work with Nicole moving forward. While there I unexpectedly found something that I was not even looking for Norma was shopping, but it turned out to be just exactly what I needed and I ended up making a spontaneous purchase. My friend also got her coat got shipped in in just a matter of days and was able to try everything on including matching accessories as well and ended up becoming a very happy customer just like me. This store is a very good size has such a great selection. I have always been a Burberry fan for over 30 years and I will continue to be regardless of trends. In this economy, when luxury handbags are unaffordable for most of the population, Coach is considered affordable luxury. While I really dislike how many of their products have the logo splashed all over, their leather bags are actually made really well. Don't totally sleep on them. They're at least worth a look and they aren't covered with the cringy signature C. I really love the travel backpack. It's well constructed and one of the best I've ever purchased. It'll be a favorite for a long time. I also love the skirt I bought. It is constructed so well and fits beautifully. It's fully lined and a classic style that will never go out of style. I'm done with fast fashion and this skirt isn't that. The store was packed with people but plenty of employees asked if I needed help.

Along with just about every other mall in America, the Bolingbrook Promenade has a B&BW. In the mall's open-air layout, this in the same area as Mago Grill & Cantina and next door to sister store Victoria Secret (no surprise there). I've been in a few times, my wife a couple times more than I, and on each occasion the sales associates were friendly and we've usually found something worth buying. Last trip, I saw a 'pumpkin pecan waffle' candle, which sounds like something I'd try.....y'know, to see if it tastes as good as it sounds and smells. Their travel-size hand sanitizers are great for the car/diaper bag/office/etc. At some point in the past I've bought gift sets here which come with lotion, body mist, shower gel, and hand cream. These are great as holiday stocking stuffers, for Mother's Day, or Valentine's Day. I believe 3-wick candles were on sale for $14 (normally $27). Every time I think that seems like a lot for scented wax in a jar, I remind myself they last a good long while and can make our home smell like a piña colada for the entire month of January. * TL;DR * It might be the bergamot and sandalwood in the air, or maybe it's how Bath & Body Works stocks the foaming hand soaps in a rainbow pattern, but something about coming here is just so darn satisfying. Their candles run the gamut from pine tree to pineapple, and the self-care products have aromas that are just as varied. Personally, I'm a fan of the 'Ocean' fragrance--blue cypress, vetiver, coastal air--to the point where I would add it to my Xmas wishlist. This is a solid store in a solid mall, organized nicely and pleasing to 4 out of the 5 senses (I've yet to find something edible).
