I had a very nice experience shopping for my wedding gown at this David's Bridal in Naperville…read more They were very accommodating and really put the bride first. No matter what my concern was, they immediately put my mind at ease and understood where I was coming from. I had a breezy time selecting my dream gown and the alterations was a positive experience where the alterations manager made certain that I was happy with all aspects of the dress fit. I liked David's Bridal because I needed a dress fairly quickly within 3 months. They have some more affordable designer options. My dress was Oleg Cassini, and I was able to stay working my budget and get a designer dress.

David's bridal in Naperville has the most unprofessional incompetent sales team. I have yet to work…read morewith. Their communication and procedure on how they sell dresses and how they have no accountability for the errors that they make it's just unbelievable. One of the first issues is, how I ordered the dress in store and put down a deposit and it was told the dress will be in in July 2026. My wedding was in October, and after not hearing from them in July, I called the store and was told by another associate that the address was not going to be ordered because it was not paid off in May again poor communication. After paying the dress off and it being shipped two weeks later, the dress that I ordered was not the address that I received. The quality was poor. The length was shorter, and it just looked like an overall different dress. After the continuous disappointment, I chose to go to another David bridal location in Orland Park. When I picked up the dress from Naperville, I did not receive any paperwork. They said nothing was needed to show that I even picked up the dress. I ended up buying a new dress from the Orland Park location and they said they needed the receipt from the Naperville location, but Naperville refuse to email me or fax over a copy of proof of purchase. They wanted me to drive an hour and a half to get something physically printed off.. I would never ever recommend anyone to go there. It has made my dress by an experience a living hell. pic on the left is what I ordered, me wearing the dress. The pic on the right is what I received. The Satin was super thin, a different color and very short no hem needed versus the left picture. The Satin was thicker ..needed to be hemmed a larger train and just overall better quality...

I stopped in the store and spoke with David who was extremely gracious and helpful. I had the manual with me and he explained the pairing process and highlighted/flagged the page I needed to refer to when I returned home. I followed his directions and the remote now works. He also took a copy of my receipt, so I would not be required to return to the store if the process was not successful. Excellent customer service. I have always found the sales assistance to be exceptional. Referral to electrician for hanging was a very easy process. Products might be a bit pricier, but I have learned you get what you pay for! Highly recommend Galleria LIghting!

We immediately went over and liked the Savoy chandelier. We asked about the return policy and delivery time. No problem with returning, credit in the store- no restocking fee- and delivery was about 2-3 weeks or we could take the one in the floor. We opted for the floor model. They had us return the next day to pick it up - it was boxed in original packaging and No waiting time in the pick up either. Plus Theresa's price was $300 less than her competitor for the same chandelier and the Savoy chandelier was close to half the cost of our original choice. Fabulous experience all the way around!!!

The same robot was waiting on me and barked at me that I couldn't return without an order number. I asked her if she could look it up with my Maurice's card and she rolled her eyes and said "NOOOO". She was making me so uncomfortable because she kept barking over and over "order number....I just need an order number!!" I HATE SHOPPING FOR CLOTHES... anywhere else…read more I go out of my way to come here and see GLENN LEWIN. All of the staff at this location are friendly, professional, and helpful. But GLENN deserves special mention. A couple years after getting remarried my wife sat me down and we had a talk about my style. I wore clothing that didn't match well, were out of style, and didn't fit me well. She told me that her male friends from work mentioned that they shopped at Mens Wearhouse. Frankly, I didn't like the brand ("I guarantee it!" Made me feel like I was going to get ripped off.) I had never even considered shopping there. Luckily on my first visit I met GLENN. Yes, I know that I can find clothes cheaper elsewhere. But, I don't mind paying for what I get. I have never been disappointed by the quality. If I ever had any issues, they took care of them immediately. The clothes fit well, look good, and are durable. That is value. What else could you want? GLENN always welcomes me with a friendly smile and greeting. No matter what my need, he helps me find the perfect fit. I know that there are other good people working at this store. And when I am in a pinch and GLENN is not there, I am happy to do business with them. But, it's GLENN that made made a loyal customer. TUX RENTAL PEOPLE - Quit your complaining. Think about it. Very disappointing experience with the tailoring service at this Men's Wearhouse…read more I brought in a shirt that needed an alteration and was basically told they would not adjust it. I also left a pair of pants for alterations after explaining the fit issues, but when I picked them up, barely anything had been changed and the original problems were still there. I eventually took the pants somewhere else, and the difference was obvious. The other tailor actually asked the right questions, looked at how the pants sat on my body, discussed what I wanted changed, and altered them based on my actual fit. That is what I expected from a store that advertises professional tailoring services. My experience here left me wondering how seriously they take customers who need anything beyond very basic alterations. Perhaps they are more comfortable handling straightforward occasion wear than actually dialing in the fit of a garment. The clothing selection itself is also nothing particularly special. It is largely a mishmash of mainstream labels similar to what you might find at a traditional department store. This seems like a perfectly adequate place for someone who rarely wears suits and needs something quickly for a wedding, interview, or other occasional event. But if you care about how your clothing actually fits and want thoughtful alterations, I would recommend taking your clothes to an experienced independent tailor instead.
