First time ever in the store. I see all of these red advertisements the racks of clothes so I pick out a crap load of stuff. So excited. Posting some friends oh my gosh you guys need to get here! So after all this time in this stupid store that doesn't open up until 11:00 there were like six people waiting at the door for like 30 minutes. Then I spend my time picking out the items to purchase. And then even though I was the first person in the store and I found these signs and I picked out the items that I want. I come to find out as they tell me that everything on that rack is not the price. Oh my God seriously? Then maybe they should select the items that they do not want to sell for that price and remove them. Instead of saying yeah here select items are nine bucks but you won't find them on this rack. i mistakingly returned items from another retailer to h&m, accidently using h&m qr/label. usps confirmed receipt of items by an "employee" in plainville, in facility over one month ago at the exact time/date. i sent all of the tracking data to h&m customer service and hdq in sweden. h&m has closed the case after leading me on that they were helping me all this time. this was around $300 in merchandise frombuck mason that i am now out because an employee obvously kept the items upong oening the package. i have emailed hdq in sweden numerous times (no response) and contacted cs here by phone and email to no avail. they simply do not care. i will never shop h&m again, given the awful customer svc and apparent theft of others' merchandise by an employee in plainville, ind. i even offered to pay for return of product, which h&m refuses to admit they received from usps despite the tracking data. disappointed. read more

rude bitchy worker who left her mannequin parts laying around. gave friend attitude when he moved a part. we watched her the whole time too, she was literally talking and not doing her job anyway. total biotch store was big though but definitely won't come back. read more

My experience going to H&M was good. Friendly employees, really clean, everything organized. Easy to find what your look for. They have good deals for sales. Always have new inventory that changes quiet often. Always find myself stopping there to pick up comfort clothing for around the house always have great deals going on. Pretty good-sized store as well. I am really happy with my experience there I do plan going more. I love how they treat and help every costumer. Dressing rooms are open. Lines moved fairly well. I will continue to shop this store especially this location. read more

As always no one is around to assist me, let alone greet me! Beautiful store with lackluster employees. Matter of fact, I didn't even see any employees. Saw a cute pair of overalls I wanted to try on and guess what....no one around to assist. This isn't the first time this has happened and sadly not gonna be the last. I am not sure how to rate this store. As a man nearing 50 years old, clearly this is not a store with merchandise geared for me. However, I was shopping here with my teenaged niece and nephew, so I will limit my critique to service and presentation of the merchandise. When we entered the store, there was a sales rep right by door, sweeping. He looked up from his task, but did not greet us. He just appeared mildly irked. I must admit that I found the clothes to be better suited for gender-fluid dolls than for actual people... of any age, but that's probably just me. It was difficult to ascertain which garments were for the gals and which ones were for the fellas. My niece found some things that she liked and that looked nice on her. My nephew found a few shirts that he liked but refused to try on pants. The quality of the clothes isn't great but the prices don't reflect the mediocre quality. In the end, I wasn't impressed with the staff, organization, merchandise or pricing. read more

Another first review. Nice. :) Big place; never been in one before, but my friends wife used to work at the one downtown, and he was always spiffy (although I hear the quality wasn't that great from a few different people, he never complained) Friendly staff (young) nice, but didn't have much of a selection of Khakis; later finding out not all H&M's have a male section, they apparently got theirs a couple of months ago. Fitting rooms were spacious. So why the 4 stars? I was slightly freaking out as there seemed to be a couple of needles on the floor from prior users. (of course I didn't get pricked at all but past fitting rooms I had been to didn't have any on the floor at all) Pricing didn't seem to bad. read more

It's your standard H&M but I like it extra because it feels a little cleaner and organized than most. Staff is friendly too! I didn't notice a maternity rack for the ladies havin' babies out there (but maybe I missed it) and the dude's section is pretty small. Heh. read more

This is my favorite H&M! The store size is just perfect. It is not so big that you have to wander up and down levels and not so small that they only carry one size of sweater. Even when they are busy here the lines move quick and the salespeople are fun. They are the kind that will give you a straight answer when you ask what color looks better. Not the typical, oh whatever you like. I appreciate that. H&M is a national brand so the prices are consistent. Jeans range from 20 to 40, blouses 15 to 30, dresses from around 20 to 50. Very reasonable and I don't believe I have ever left here without buying something. I like to think of this store as sort of a Forever 21, but add 10 years to the clientele and about 50 class points. Probably my favorite store to shop at. read more

I love this H&M! It's the perfect size. It has a good selection and you don't have to dig through the racks! Good deals. Neutral clothes. I feel like service is always MIA but when they do show up, they're nice! read more
