My mom Visited this store 4:50ish pm AUG 4, 2025 and was rudely greeted by a woman with dirty blonde brown hair that had a white shirt and ponytail that was working register 1 (believe only one open at the time). My mother was trying to just buy me a gift for my recent promotion and instead was greeted with complete negativity and honestly, a malicious attitude. How selfish and unpleasant of a person do u have to be to be having that type of attitude when you are facing customers each day. I understand people have bad day's as I worked the service industry before, almost or much more ruthless than retail, but the attitude the woman had was uncalled for. Maybe this isn't the right job or addition training needs to be given as this was abhorrent. The lady acted as I did not have an account here which after this incident is 100% fine as Costco is selling the same things. It seems obvious but store managers should have a proper understanding of their return/exchange policies, be knowledgeable enough to navigate the ERP system efficiently, but above all should possess basic customer service skills. That does not seem to be the standard at this location. Making up a "policy" on the fly is also a bad look when the customer is able to verify whether or not it's true. In my opinion, high-quality customer service is people-first. I asked the employee if she could help me find a certain size. Instead of offering to help me, I had to initiate contact with her. Instead of stopping folding for a moment to help me, she saw and let me continue searching through various piles. Wow.. i am so disappointed with my visit. I just walked out of the store 2 min ago upset with this location. I live in hour away, in the past i only purchased online, and the seam on my right leg was wearing off, i went up to the front desk as i entered and there were 5 ladies standing up there. I show them the tare and i ask a question about a rumor I've been hearing going around and one lady turns around looking pissed off saying "UM NO i don't know where you've been hearing this rumor, but it is false, we would never do that" and all the ladies look over at me as if there pissed off. The lady who initially took me started giving me attitude, couldn't even look at me. She then tells me to go to the fitting rooms and i already upset with how I've been treated wanted to leave. Luckily the girls over there wear very polite, i just ask to see the manager and the lady who basically screamed at me walked over as well to see what question i had for the manager and at this point i wasn't looking for an argument. I just wanted my leggings fixed and to get out of there as soon as possible. Such a high end store like this, you don't want to get bad customer reviews like this. Sadly. I wish I could give them no stars. I purchased the Mirror workout system from this store. I paid 1400.00 that included installation. Well my mirror was delivered they dropped it off and left. No installation no anything. Which I was told they come set it up and have it up and running before they leave. None this happened. Long story short do not purchase The Mirror from this store. The woman whose name is Amy sold me the mirror and now after 3 weeks of being pushed off to everyone under the sun I still have a 1400.00 Mirror that does nothing it's just sitting there. This review is long fair warning I have shopped at this location multiple times and have never had a problem. This particular time i had the WORST experience i've ever had at any store. I went today to return a few items, the items did not have any tags but i have returned items without tags here before. I went up to the register and said "i would like to return a few items if possible" the lady proceeded to take my items out of the bag and inspect them. she proceeded to say without tags she cannot do the return. I then explained to her i have done returns without tags and my fiancé then said the last time we were in here a worker told us we could do this. she then said " No one at this store would ever tell you that, you guys are liars." I was very taken back at this statement. She then said without any tags the return couldn't be made and she started to try and see if she could find the items in the system. She evidently could only find items we weren't trying to return in the system. Some of the items were purchased at the same time as the ones we were trying to return. My fiancé then stated this and also said they were bought with a veterans discount so they should be in there, and that we've done a return without tags before. She again said "No one at this store would ever say that to you or accept this. You guys are lying." she then saw one of the shirts had a small hole in it and said "are you kidding me?!" we then left and looked for our receipt in our email, after her saying there was nothing she could do. we went back and finally got our return. during the transaction she asked if we wanted our bag back and after us saying yes she slammed the bag on the counter. I completely understand if a return can't be made for understandable reasons, but to be told i was a liar multiple times in front of a store full of people was embarrassing and degrading. If you go to this location and see a middle aged women with shoulder length blonde hair avoid her at all cost because she will ruin you're entire day. read more

I have been to this store twice, and every time I go I am disappointed with service. For one I am a Latina, I don't know if that has anything to do with it but I am the only person that doesn't get greeted when walking in the door. This happened last time i went and it happened again today. I thought maybe I was over reacting until Someone walked in right behind me today and was greeted. The quality of their products speak for themselves and justify the non existent return policy on their sale items. I have been visiting this location substantially more than usual and have been successful finding my size. Obviously holiday shopping here is challenging in this small space but their cashiers try to keep the lines moving. Went here today because my $98 align leggings got a hole in the leg simply by scratching the fabric. Hoping lulu lemon would have good customer service, especially considering the price of their items they would be able to give me a new pair. This was my first ever time stepping foot into a Lululemon and I'd say I liked it about as much as every other person who never ever works out and doesn't have $100+ to shell out on a yoga pants. I went in because I saw this puffy pullover jacket thing on Pinterest that's supposedly from Lululemon and that I think I might like to own (although it does not exist in their online store, nor this store and the only place I've ever found it is in broken blog links on Pinterest). The shop girls greeted me nicely enough -- though it was more like, 'Oh, hey, what are you doing here?'... okay, that's not what they said, just the vibe I got, and rightfully so as I had little to no business being here given my pretty much non-existent work-out schedule. I took a look around and accidentally started on the wrong side with men's shop --- had no idea they even had guy's stuff, but they do, and it actually looked like they had some items my guy might like... though he'd probably sh*t a brick knowing how much they cost. They did have this creepy pair of what I thought were tight little underwear, but were actually some type of yoga briefs. Super creepy. If you're a guy and shopping here, you should totally get those. Everyone will want to stand by you in yoga class. You'll be so popular. Worth the investment for the new friends you'll have won over. For the women's stuff, they didn't have the elusive puff pullover I was looking for, but the store was well laid out, easy to see everything and didn't require much digging. The chatter amongst the end-of-the-shift employees was what you'd expect from a fitness-oriented store, 'Emily does cross-fit, don't mess with her.' or 'OhMiGod, you're training for the tri, too?' and other stuff that'll make you just feel like the laziest person ever, which I'm not proud of, but don't feel bad about at all. Okay, maybe I'm a little proud. I felt like if I had shelled out the massive amount of cash for their goods that it would have inspired me to workout at least 3 times, as I've found new gear to be the #1 motivator for me when it comes to working out, or doing anything for that matter, and I'll work out roughly 3 times for every $100 worth of stuff I buy. I would normally just go to Target or Meijer or wear whatever my pajamas were for workout gear but I've only heard rave things about the quality of Lululemon products. I have one friend who always tries to pull me into the Lululemon fold and justifies it by saying that the yoga pant will last years and won't wear out in the crotch like other brands and to that I have to ask, what the f*ck she's doing with her crotch that it's wearing out your yoga pants?' I don't know if I want to do that kind of yoga... or any kind of yoga for that matter, but I guess if I ever need the motivation to start and have an extra $200 laying around, I can scrape together an outfit here. read more

Shit. A Lulu that only deserves two stars? And I'm the girl who lives in their clothes - hell, half the time their employees assume I work at another location I'm so decked out in Lulu. So what I'm asking is...did hell freeze over and I missed it? Nope, the staff just sucks. The store itself is huge and stocked with everything, even the hard to find stuff - think herringbone wunder unders for those in the know ;) Here's the thing - I was fine when I was ignored by the staff. I was even ok when they'd greet and offer to help the people directly in front and behind me, and roll their eyes when I'd mistakenly respond, thinking they were talking to me. I found a few new prints in the staples I love, and figured I can overlook an idiot or two. It was when a member of their staff decided that she needed to be where I was, and instead of saying excuse me physically knocked into me to get me to move that I dropped what I was buying and left. Alright, I love the cloths from this place. I also enjoy the feel of the company and when I ran through the 'lululemon cheer station' at a race this past summer, I was re-charged and finished stronger than I would have without them. The reason I have given two stars is because of the staff. I went in looking for a new pair of running shorts that will allow me to carry 'runners gu' comfortably. I didn't own anything with pockets. When I arrived, I was a little overwhelmed with the different size system and layout of the store. After hunting down an employee who was busy folding and chatting with a friend, I asked for some help figuring all this stuff out. She was unkind and pretty much told me that nothing was going to be as comfortable as I want if I am carrying the runners gel 'gu'. It was so weird because I only had one or two simple questions and the place was empty. Isn't her job to help someone who has a question? I was not a happy camper and have decided that there are awesome cloths in other stores too. Other stores where people sometimes even smile. :o) read more

Lululemon products make me swoon. There are very few places where I have no problem over spending on a product - and Lululemon is one of them. The quality of their products is top notch. They're made well, don't fall apart or blow out after 3 wearings, and they're super comfortable. However, this is coming from someone who is not an avid yoga-girl or marathon runner... The Oakbrook store is my go-to place for all my yoga, running, and exercise duds. They have a great selection of tops, bras, pants, shorts, and accessories and I've always been welcomed by an extremely friendly and helpful staff. ((Although every time I'm in there shopping, I must hear the term "core power" at least 15 times. Sorry ladies, yoga isn't my life...)) I've found that if they don't have your size on the racks, ask one of the employees working there. They often carry more of their products in the back. And don't forget to check the sale rack...more often than not, I always score a great find. So, ditch the poorly made VS duds and spend a little extra a lululemon. Your bod will love it. And your wallet will eventually thank you for it. read more

Not gonna lie, I wish the associates here were friendlier. I'm not looking for a new BFF, just maybe someone to acknowledge me other than when I'm at the register to pay. Or, if I'm looking at a shirt maybe don't just say "that's our bike shirt" and then pretty much walk away from me. Why not ask me if I bike or tell me some of the features of the shirt (cuz I'm pretty sure we all know Lulu's stuff is amazing and pretty much everything has some awesome hidden feature). ANYWAYS. That being said, they don't pressure you to buy things (mostly because they don't talk to you if they don't have to). But I still love Lulu, you can't deny their stylish athleticism and their awesome hot yoga gear. I own two of their bags, and the "The Mat" which is really great. This location ususally has the best odds of finding some marked down gear in my opinion, but it is hard to find sizes under 6 or 8 sometimes. I love Lululemon but generally cannot bring myself to shell out THAT much cash for workout gear. I do, however, buy all of my sports bras exclusively from Lulu. You can't put a price tag on being comfortable when running/jumping etc. I find this location to be inferior to the downtown Naperville location. Not sure if it's because it's in a mall, but the sales people are far less friendly and seem aloof. If convenient, I'd shop here again but I prefer the Naperville location. read more

Let me just preface this review by stating one fact...I am not a yoga enthusiast(yet) nor am I a runner(yet). As far as I can tell, the clientele that Lululemon aims to hit is that demographic - those who run, and those who can Chatauranga like nobody's business. BUT, that does not mean that lululemon does not make clothes for you if you are neither of those people up there, like myself(yet!). It is pricey, but I think for the most part you are paying for what you get out of it - Very comfortable, technical, sleek, and good looking clothes that serve their purposes, functionally and aesthetically. The apparel at lululemon have features such as... Anti-stink! Perfect for guys and gals who.....don't necessarily stink, but want to NOT stink, make sense? Diamond gusset! Um.....reduces cameltoe....A LOT OF PEOPLE COULD BENEFIT FROM THIS Flat seams! For chafe resistance! Or you can just put band-aids all over... 4-way stretch - stretches in every direction for maximum comfort They do occasionally have sale items, and depending on the store location, they'll have a sale rack or they will be interspersed with the other products. I've never been disappointed with anything I've ever purchased at Lululemon, however, I wish the prices could be a bit lower, but, I suppose if I really had a major problem with the value, I wouldn't leave with anything, right? read more

Just walking into this store makes me feel motivated! The atmosphere feels so uplifting and happy and I always coming out buying at least 1 piece of clothing to help me in my workout adventures. The clothes are FANTASTIC QUALITY. I bought a pair of capris over a year ago and a half ago and absolutely love them! They've been through hell and back with me and barely show signs of wear (that may be bad though, because I'm not sure when I'll even have to buy the next pair). I've had no problems with the staff, although the store is a little small for how busy it gets in there, and they some times are short handed. I actually prefer not being bombarded with customer service the entire time I'm in a store. I try to go to other stores and see if I can find a good deal on what I'm looking for, but I always end up stopping here and buying what I need. Came here on a Friday night to exchange a gift I received. Having never been to Lululemon or even owing a luluelemon piece I didn't know what to expect. I came in with my new sports bar that I loved...but fit me to big on the band. I explained to the cashier my situation and they quickly took me to the floor to find the bar I had. They didn't have it store but he quickly found the same style in a different color. He began to try to assist me in trying to determine by band size, but another employee stepped in to help me as well. She was very helpful and informed me about the options I have and how I should want the sports bar to fit. I love lululemon and everything about it. Since i found it i am slowly migrating out all my non lulu workout gear. Its multipurpose justifies the price. You can run to the gym and run errands and not look like you just stepped out of the gym. The sizes are a blessing to workout gear. The clothing is not just S, M,L and XL. sizes are 2-12 it may go higher.. You can work out and not have to think about the clothing bugging you. The staff has always been helpful.
