I was a little confused as to the location of the store because it's tucked away behind Roadrunner and Michael's in Finley Square but a big sign above the passageway leading to the entrance helped me find my way. The tuxedo shirts were pre-packaged so I wasn't able to try them on in-store but a staff member who had directed me to them was nice enough to offer to measure me so that I could be sure of my size. I grabbed a slim fit one which was regular price for myself and a regular fit one for my brother since it was on clearance and he had mentioned he might want one. Once I had the shirts I did a loop around the whole store and noted a nice variety of men's suits and dress wear as well as women's dresses and other clothing available at competitive and in some cases fairly discounted prices. There is even a decent shoe section with lots of Stacy Adams and a children's section too. As I was looking around the staff member who assisted me beforehand checked in on me and I noted that he was very attentive in helping several other customers with sizing and tailoring suggestions. The variety of bow ties available was the best I had seen during my search and once again the most affordable although they didn't have any self-tie options. I was happy with the pre-tied slightly oversized butterfly one I was able to find though. They also had a good amount of black satin neckties available and I ended up purchasing two of these--a slim one as a backup in case I didn't like the bowtie look and a more traditional one for my dad because he wasn't sure he had one. In the end I opted for the bowtie but am keeping the necktie for the future. My dad ended up already having a tie he could use and my brother didn't need the tux shirt but the return process was nice and easy and the cashier was just as friendly as when I made my first purchase. Although the store can be a bit rough looking in certain areas and the options are more limited for someone with a smaller frame like me I still think K&G is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a new suit or anything else that goes with it.

When walking in, no one was there to greet us. Finally someone came out from the back who said they could help us. When attention was finally turned to our group, AJ and Tom both helped us pick the best jacket, shirt, vest, shoes, cuff, bow tie, and pocket square. I was surprised by how many options were available. Our family could try on pieces to check fits and noted they had regular, wide, slim, and tall fits for adults only. They are flexible with pick up and return locations and guarantee the rentals being ready 3-4 days ahead of wedding as long as you do a final fitting 2 weeks ahead of time. Pricing seemed fair for how much was included. Overall, the store did seem understaffed but we still enjoyed our experience. I cannot wait to see the final rental selections for our wedding day!

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY!…read more They gave two groomsmen the wrong colored tie and ruined our wedding photos that we spent thousands of dollars on. The standard of work between the Aurora and Orland stores is pathetic. The groomsmen who got their suits just knew a tie was present, they had no idea it was the wrong colored tie. We didn't figure out they were wrong until the groomsmen were getting ready and my husband asked one of the guys if he brought his own tie... They clearly didn't care enough to check the suits thoroughly which they are literally paid to do.... Prior to the wrong colored ties we were already upset we had to make a second trip the day before our wedding to pick up our suit orders that needed to be fixed due to pants with holes in the pocket, stains on multiple white shirts (including the grooms) and one order sent without the vest... So multiple people in the party had make extra trips to the stores the two days before our wedding because nothing was right the first time. All they offered in return for their HUGE mistake was half the money back for the two suits they mismatched the ties.... And the lady saying "she wanted to cry for me". At this point we should have all our money back for the lack of attention and effort put into their business when this is such an important day for their paying customers. Moral of the story this business did not make our wedding day any less stressful than it already was and if anything gave us more problems and stress. Also, looking at this picture literally breaks my heart considering all of the time, effort and money that was put in this day ruined by their carelessness. Update: now they are using our photo I provided in this review as their main picture. Such a disrespect to a customer they completely let down. This is the type of business they are running. But see for yourself how they couldn't even get our order correct for our special day!

Their communication and procedure on how they sell dresses and how they have no accountability for the errors that they make it's just unbelievable. One of the first issues is, how I ordered the dress in store and put down a deposit and it was told the dress will be in in July 2026. My wedding was in October, and after not hearing from them in July, I called the store and was told by another associate that the address was not going to be ordered because it was not paid off in May again poor communication. After paying the dress off and it being shipped two weeks later, the dress that I ordered was not the address that I received. The quality was poor. The length was shorter, and it just looked like an overall different dress. After the continuous disappointment, I chose to go to another David bridal location in Orland Park. When I picked up the dress from Naperville, I did not receive any paperwork. They said nothing was needed to show that I even picked up the dress.
