I didn't find anything to purchase back then, but I'm very glad I checked in again recently to get a pair of the best v-neck (without those silly shelf bras) cotton stretch camis. Very awesome and a total staple for me. They followed up my purchase with some fab deals on their website so I'm stocking up on these great wardrobe staples. They have their own sizing format where size 0 is 12-14 and 1 is 16-18 and so on... so it takes a little bit of research, perhaps on their website ahead of time, to figure stuff out...though the ladies who work there are happy to give a helping hand too. Not only that but I found out that they have a free shopper card club with discounts and all kinds of good stuff. Very cool shop for young'ins as well as others looking for wardrobe staples (you never know unless you look, right?). I'm very happy.

The store is no different then any other Torrid I have been to besides the size. They always have lots of sales at this location which I love. The parking is never a problem since it's in a shopping village. This place is a one stop shop because of all the other stores in the area as well!

To begin with, upon walking in, I was immediately greeted, warm and genuinely, by both associates. The store was very neat, and well put together. For what from the outside appeared to be a relatively small store front, I was pleasantly surprised at the wide amount and different variety of clothing there was to choose from. I'm not a great shopper. I'm more used to wearing old bleach stained shirts with(unintentional holes). I was a bit out of my element, and slightly embarrassed. Both woman made me feel immediately welcome and at ease. They started by asking me some questions about my general style (non-existant)and what I thought I'd feel comfortable in. They both got to work pulling various items, like experts, with ease, and neatly placing them in a dressing room. They helped me through out the entire process. They made me feel comfortable, not rushed or pressured. I ended up buying several pieces, that I was thrilled over, and in addition, they happily help additional pieces I wanted, but wasn't able to purchase until the next day after I got paid. My one and only little downside, was I did feel the cost of the clothing was quite pricey. Unfortunately, that will keep me from being able to frequent the store as frequently as I truly would like. If it were not for that, I would hands down have given 5 stars! I highly recommend Torrid!

When I walked in I was instantly greeted by Sara who asked if she could help find anything or if I had questions. After 1 minute in the door and 4 items already in my hands, I told Sara I think I hit the jackpot! It's been awhile since I've been to Maurice's, so I forgot how much I love their selection! Sara hooked me up with a dressing room so I could free up my arms for my items. Another girl took the next batch and I was soon on my way to the fitting room to try on the 10+ items I found. While I loved everything, I narrowed it down and went to checkout. I asked the girl about the current sale (better late than never, right?!) and although none of my items qualified, she hooked it up with a $50 off coupon. Thanks for a great experience!! I'll definitely be back in the Spring!

A note if you're coming by car from afar: a lot of the surrounding streets are permit parking. We were taking our car all over town today, so we just had to deal with the vehicular burden, and we did finally find a spot not too far away, but if I was just going to come for shopping in this neighborhood in the future, I would park in Rosemont and take the Blue Line in. But back to the store: lots of fun and stylish pieces to be found here! I tried a few dresses and skirts on and really loved one dress, which was adorable! Items were organized by genre (tops, skirts, dresses etc); don't be afraid to try something that you might think is too big or too small based on the number/size because as we all know women's sizing is wildly inconsistent. Staff was very friendly and helped me out with the dressing room (it can be hard to wrangle all your items with a cane and then one arm left to carry it all, so I appreciate that). A bit more expensive than some resale shops, but if you are looking for a nicely curated vintage shopping experience (i.e. I didn't see any Shein etc) this was worth the visit!

Only 4 stars for a few disconnects, but this seemed to be because they were so busy... Also I had specified that I was not looking to purchase synthetics, but did have a number of polyester items when I arrived. I think I also would've loved a little more feedback on how pieces looked or what to pair together. Other than that, it was an incredibly seamless appointment. As expected, ( you can never go into an Aritzia not falling in love with everything you see lol ) looking around I found so many pieces I just fell in love with. I had grabbed several things and immediately a worker there came to take them for me, grab my name, and set them aside for a fitting room! It was so thoughtful and it just elevated the experience of shopping without having to carry a bunch of clothes around. Once I was done browsing I headed to the fitting room area where my things I had picked up were set aside for me. I then had a pants apart of a set I was in love with but was a size too big not work out too well for me. :(( Yet the kindest girl there looked immediately if they had a 00 to pair with my top on hand which they did and they ended up working perfectly! This is one of the few stores that has sizes in tops and pants that fit my waist measurements perfectly!! :)) Once I was done trying on everything the same girl who had set aside my things took everything that didn't work out for me and didn't let me carry a thing! They truly value their customers and go above and beyond for customer service, satisfaction, and experience. The atmosphere is very clean and orderly. Everything was racked neatly and in place. There wasn't a sign of anything un-orderly or messy. Oh my gosh and the fitting rooms( in pictures provided) are just to die for. I ended up leaving with the most beautiful set, yet it wasn't just the clothes that had me leaving happy it was also how respectful and kind I was treated. How helpful all the staff were there and how welcomed I felt. All I can say is if the manager of this location is reading this review, all the girls working the night of 5/24/25 go above and beyond for their customers and in keeping their store looking put together and beautiful and deserve a huge thanks for up keeping a respectful, friendly, and welcoming face for this Aritzia location. I will most definitely be returning and bringing friends and family.
