But you can return items within 14 days just as long as you have all the tags in place and the receipt. Shoes, however, you can try on. Crew, where I shop a lot of the time. However, I didn't think the sales were that great (not when J Crew had a 50 percent off sale) and unfortunately a lot of the sizes were very very tiny. I always feel guilty when someone gushes "I loooove that on you it fits you PERFECTLY!!!" and then I don't want it. So I really liked the freedom they gave me at Madewell even though there weren't that many people in the store. They also have amazing sales! Sometimes they have an additional 40% off sale, where you can snag deals like jeans for $40 and tee shirts for $15. I find that their in-store sales are much cheaper than online. I like to price check when i get home, and sometimes the things i bought at a major discount are full price online (which, of course, makes me feel smug and pleased with myself). Their stuff is such good quality and is so comfortable. Their jeans feel like jeggings but are actually jeans. Also, for petite ladies like myself, their ankle jeans are a great length. Are these Sephora employees working at Kohls or are these Kohl employees working at Sephora? Several areas there were low inventory, out of stock. I was disappointed that my brands didn't have the product I was looking for. There wasn't all of the perfumes I wanted to sample. This is a scaled down Sephora so I should lower my expectations. I will go to the Sephora at the mall next time.

I will not return due to the arrogance and microaggressions of the employees. I know my high end designer brands. I own high end designer brands. I do not always go shopping dressed to the nines. Esp to a consignment store sidewalk sale. An employee rolled her eyes when I asked her about the pricing on one of the items. No need for the attitude. While my daughter was waiting to check out, another employee approached a woman standing behind her to take her to a register. That customer asked my daughter if she wanted to go with the employee. That was classy and kind. The employee actually stammered and point my daughter to a register and proceeded to walk the customer to personally ring her up. Needless to say, we will never come back. There are better resale stores on the North Shore: across the street is the YWCA resale, KMK Luxury in Winnetka, Junior League in Evanston, New to You in Glenview, Winnetka Thrift Shop are just a few. Everyone at all those stores are respectful and kind.
