To me, that sold me on being a permanent customer because he was not just trying to move stock, but trying to make sure I was happy with my purchase. My ordered shoes were in after less than a week and I love them! I also love that parking is easy in this area - and the tapas restaurant we like is across the street - food and shopping? The store is divided into 2 sections of clothes.  The stuff on the left side of the entrance are more formal wear.  Slacks, dresses, skirts, formal and party tops can be found here.  The right side of the store contains casual wear - jeans, t-shirts, active wear, lounge wear, etc. They sell decent collection of clothing, accessories and handbags for affordable and cheap price. You get the quality for the amount you are paying. Store is nicely organized and maintained clean. Didn't notice any Fitting room there.  But you can return items within 14 days just as long as you have all the tags in place and the receipt.  Shoes, however, you can try on. The clearance deal is also cool. For teenagers it is a great place to shop.

She waited to tell me this until I had already rushed through trying everything on. For such expensive clothing, I resented feeling pressured to make a very rushed decision when I should've had half an hour to decide on what I wanted to get. I ended up being so annoyed by the experience that i didn't buy some jeans that i otherwise would have gotten. This is not even the first bad experience I have had here. I shouldn't feel like an inconvenience for coming in during business hours to buy clothes. Pretty bare minimum expectation.
