Constant Inventory issues. Would not trust paying for anything here. Go to somewhere more reliable.

This is probably my favorite shoe store because of their good prices, friendly staff, good quality, awesome service, lots of selection, and also for such a great experience.

We stopped in after brunch and I was not dressed looking like a runner at all which I noticed some of the reviews mention. I was in shorts and birks but the employee was nice and answered my questions. I don't run long distance but do sprint intervals and am a personal trainer so I'm always interested in different shoe brands since clients ask me about footwear often. My friend found a pair of shoes she liked but they didn't have them in a color-way she wanted. The employee was helpful showing her what color options could be ordered and placed an order to be shipped to her home. I found a pair of Features crew socks which I can never find in store so I did buy 1 pair. The prices all seemed average compared to other running stores I've been to.

The moment I stepped in -- wearing Crocs and baggy shorts, minding my own business -- the staff seemed to collectively decide I wasn't worth the oxygen it would take to acknowledge me. Not a nod, not a "Hi," not even the bare‑minimum retail grunt. Just pure, practiced invisibility. Meanwhile, anyone who walked in looking like they'd just finished mile 27 of an ultramarathon was greeted instantly. They were ushered around, fitted, advised, practically celebrated. I watched people enter the store after me and get helped before me, repeatedly, as if the employees were running some unspoken triage system based solely on appearance. If you don't look like you're training for the Olympics, good luck -- you're background scenery. The semi‑open layout only makes the whole thing worse. You stand there, fully visible, watching staff weave around you with the kind of deliberate avoidance usually reserved for potholes and wet paint. It's a special kind of irritation -- being ignored so thoroughly that you start to wonder if you've slipped into another dimension. If you're an elite runner, or at least look like one, you'll probably be treated like royalty. If you're not, prepare to be a ghost in Crocs.
