She was super helpful and polite, and never seemed like she was trying to rush me. It took a few steps to find the transaction, and they didn't have the size I needed, but it was free shipping, and item came a few days later. I'll definitely shop at this Old Navy location from now on because of the good customer service, and the easier parking away from the mall.
