When the payment finished, instead of handing me my receipt like she did with the customers before me, she simply told me to grab it myself from the machine. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service finally told me that my card was available for usage and all problems were resolved but somehow my card, with a balance of more than 500, was still "declining" in which the cashier was saying so loud, but it's okay, anyways he kept saying my card was declining although I had not inserted, tapped, or even enter my phone number.
