My friend commented that it reminded her of "Charming Charlie but with more clothes"...& indeed, it turns out their space is a former Charming Charlie! Clothes were cute yet didn't skew too young (stores I used to reliably shop at, like Dry Goods, are now all crop tops and babydoll lengths). I tried on an armful of things and ended up with a top and a sweater, both for what I felt were reasonable prices. My only complaints stem from the dressing room. They put us together in a larger room, which is totally fine. But i guess nothing indicated that the room was occupied because staff kept knocking on the door, either to see if we were still in there or if we needed anything. Once or twice, okay, but this was like 5 or 6 times....maybe put up a sign? Also, the dressing room lighting, from two sconces and a small chandelier, was "moody" at best... need to up the wattage a bit so people can see those potential purchases! Staff was helpful, especially Lisa. I would definitely come back, and found out there are other locations closer to me, too! She said they get new merch on Wednesdays, so gives me an excuse to check out one of the other shops soon.

If you plan on making a purchase online, I suggest going to the store first (and buying from there instead, actually) because you can see what you're actually buying, also you save shipping charges ($8-10) unless you're spending over $100 (not including tax). Also, if the item happens to be out-of-stock at the location and you need to place an order through the store, the shipping charge is waived. How perfect is that! Most importantly, there was a special sale going on at the store that wasn't going on online. Anyway, I placed an order on Monday, March 5th (Miller bag in Mocha Rouge) and my order arrived at home on Friday, March 9th. Although I wasn't able to check my tracking online, I had to call the store to track it. The lady took my name and number and said she would call back.
