It's larger than I would have expected from the outside. The women's larger shoe section is a little sad and disappointing, though. Their merchandise fluctuates, obviously, but I think they have a smaller handbag section and not as many watches/stuff in the case as other stores. However, it can be significantly more pleasant to shop--even on the Clear The Rack weekend, the store was relatively (to a few other stores--I went to a few) quiet, and there wasn't much of a line. Parking bites. This little corner of the HIP shares the lot with a Panera, Comcast, Red Robin, and 24 Hour Fitness. Luckily, if you don't find parking above ground there's an underground lot to use, and since it's a mall there's parking at the other end as well as rooftop parking.

Apparently the tailor was off - However the circumstances do not absolve you from delivering good customer service or at least making an effort. She refused to let me try the tux on in the store. So when I get home, I find the shirt is miles too big. I was fitted for this tux.. I think they already knew something was wrong with the shirt that's why she issued the warning - and now I'm out $300? I see a lot of fake 5 stars. Take it from me that place is garbage. Avoid. ~J.D. Anyways, he was growing impatient although I was apologizing over and over again while on the phone with customer service. My kohls card stopped working so I got on the phone with customer service and again... huffing and puffing. Customer service finally told me that my card was available for usage and all problems were resolved but somehow my card, with a balance of more than 500, was still "declining" in which the cashier was saying so loud, but it's okay, anyways he kept saying my card was declining although I had not inserted, tapped, or even enter my phone number.
