You should never judge a book by its cover. This place is the absolute best service I have ever received from a business. The owner Mario and his wife Maria treat you with kindness, listen to your vehicle needs and are passionate what they do. I was impressed with so many years of service Mario has. You will never find a more humble and respectful human being. Mario gave me the opportunity to listen and learn his approach to a service. His military background is also impressive and his connection to the local community makes him a to go to person for your electronic needs. I trust M&M Pro Audio with my vehicle and will continue to do business with them. No other place can ever compare. I'm glad I found this place on yelp. The 5 star reviews just keep coming. I will do what I can to promote this hidden gem. I am truly satisfied with my new Alpine Halo 9 upgrade. My 2007 Caliber now has Apple Car Play with a sweet menu interface and a rear view camera. I no longer have to feel envious of the 2013 and up cars with dashboard touch screen radios. Mario will help you love you vehicle all over again. Worth every cent.....

This store not only deserves zero stars, but it needs to be razed and the earth salted for good measure. As a former employee I am going to tell you exactly everything wrong. For starters I apologize about the pharmacy. All calls are redirected up front to where the cashiers are. Every and I do mean every attempt to transfer to the pharmacy or page them to let them know there is a customer waiting goes ignored. I have had people tell me they have been on hold for over an hour. That sadly is par for the course this store does not care and figures customers will still come in despite the abuse. It's also why getting anything from baby formula to razors unlocked is a nightmare. I have witnessed customers wait thirty minutes or more for someone to be bothered enough to respond to the help needed buttons. When UI first started I had a customer wait nearly an hour for baby formula that is unacceptable. Nobody up there wants to work, and management is cool with it. In fact always check the dates on items up there as well. Outdates should be done weekly, but they are not. The number of times customers have brought expired milk up to the register is sickening. I've even found baby food that had been expired by six months on the rare occasion they bothered to do any outdates. Then there's the issue of management or lack thereof. The management is terrible. They are rude and do not care about the customers. The ony one who was ever helpful and cared about the customers was Branden. The rest don't want to do a damn thing but goof off. I have flat out been told I need to lie to customers anytime they ask if something is in stock. If they call lie and say its out. If they are in store lie and sa it's not in back. I got cussed out by a shift lead because I called him out on this, I was told while I was busy wasting time in the back for a customer who was only going to spend a few dollars James was ringing up the real customers because some lady spent 500 dollars. The takeaway here is if you are jut in for a pack of gum or a cold drink you are a small fry and not a valued customer. Go elsewhere where you will be treated with the dignity you deserve, and you will spend less on top of that.

She remained pleasant which I commend her for as she moved swiftly with everyone. During this time everywhere maybe short staff but I appreciate the ones who show up to work. The customer service is always Great and they're always positive smiling kind!
