She kept giving us attitude and once we said did not have enough to pay at that moment and we will have to come again to get it. I went in the next week to pick it up, for the stains to still be very clear there, as if they didn't bother to try and take it off. So I ask if they weren't able to? I clearly point to where they are. They say okay, take it again, and ask for me to come pick it up again a week later. I come in for the 2nd time, expecting the stain to be removed, for it only to still be very visible. I ask once again bout it, for only to say they weren't able to. They only thing I was confused about was they say they can take it off, after the couple times I already been there, and when I come to pick it up, don't bother telling me they weren't able to, but for me to find out about it when I go to see if there still there. I wish they would had just talked to me, stating they aren't able to, and explain, instead of wasting my time and taking it, for me expecting it to be actually cleaned. Mind you, the stain wasn't a food stain or anything that's really stuck in there, as I'm easily able to just rub at it a few times, and for it to fall off. When I show her that, she tells me to do it myself then and they can't do it. With the biggest attitude, cause I'm expressing confusion as to why they weren't able to. But the only reason why I'm there is because I'm paying for what I thought professionals to do it for me, but clearly I don't see any professionalism. For them to tell me to do it myself when I payed a full 20 bucks to see if they can do it for me. Just real bad attitude and unprofessional. The staff is very nice and easy to work with. They are very considerate in terms of calling me to let me know if there is a delay in picking up items. They also send text messages to let me when my stuff is ready for pick up. To date, they had done a decent job on my bed linen and winter coats and the price is right. As I always have clothes that need to be pressed, the price is definitely right (I do not iron clothes). The wash and fold service is perfect for me because the price is right and I hate doing sheets and folding them, rather let someone else do that...HAHAHAHA! Turn around time is very quick, usually within 24-48 hours for pick-up. This location has a parking lot off of Irving Park Road, which is nice, but can be tricky getting in and out during rush hour. I just plan drop-offs and pick-up's on the way into the office so I can keep going. For general cleaning and pressing, this will be my go to cleaners as long as I am at my current work location.

That's when they put up their velvet rope obstacle course and herd in the pimply-faced teenagers to take their money. They keep fashions current and a mutlitude of choices, but unless you want a cheap suit feel, you'll pay a fortune for a rental. For a black-tie event, be ready to spend $150 or more easily. Last year (2007) I had the last of this place when I came in one afternoon. There was only 1 person working and he had a really long phone call and 1 more customer in front of me. It seemed I waited almost as long as it took me to get fitted and do the paperwork. Almost an hour later, I was done and felt I wasted my time there. I picked up my tuxedo. Then on the day of the event, I unpacked it and found 2 of the button studs missing. I got by without them, but then I read the ominous note about a penalty for losing the "jewelry." I came after the event to return the tux and found myself behind an entire wedding party all getting fitted by 2 very hectic employees struggling to help, pausing every so often to answer more phone calls. After about 15 minutes, the woman took the tux and before I told her about the missing studs, she put it away in back and waved me off to attend to the pressing matter at hand. I was thinking for what I was paying, Id expect better service... why not just buy a tux and skip all this bull$&^t. I never got charged for the missing studs nor do I think they cared at all. I didn't care about them either, so the feeling was mutual. After returning the tux, I left Harlem-Irving Plaza thinking "Good riddance."
