At first I was rather overwhelmed and had sensory overload from al the cuteness, but quickly became familiar with the store after doing an initial walk thru. They have a nice selection of clothes and carefully curated items. I appreciate the variety and can see my wallet hurting if I brought my teen and tweenage girls. They pulled on the locked door a few times, and when it finally opened, I made my way into the store, along with a few other people. It was a store for me, and them, and you and your friends. Uncharted is a very nice gift store, and larger inside than you expect. There were candles, housewares, cards, clothes, toys, jewelry, candy, men's gifts, and more. It's an updated and more trendy Hallmark store. The staff were very nice, and asked me to join their rewards club. I declined, as this location is a little far for me. I did purchase a cute scratch-off artpad for a gift and some pretty notecards.

The shampoo was never opened. It sat in my car so that I can return it and when I got there, I guess because it sat in the car with hot temperatures, it leaked a little well. Lori explained to me that it had been opened and they weren't sure if they could take it back I reassured her. I never opened it. It never came out of the bag. Well, I don't know. I'll have someone go to the hair salon to open up another and see if there was a seal that was on it as she asked another employee to do that. I told her it was never opened. When I got to the car, I decided to check the price online. $5.50 less. I decided to go back inside and I told her they are on sale online, can't you honor the price? Let's be real about JCPenney's situation. It was 7:00 p.m., I don't think I even saw five shoppers in the whole store. She said "No, that's an online price". That's all she had to say, she couldn't bother to say anything such as "I could ask my manager". I told her, get a manager for me. He came up front and adjusted the price for me. So what is the problem with the young brunette at the checkout who showed no regard for a customer satisfaction with her short and unhelpful answers? But, she was very willing to use words when she was trying to talk me into a credit card I have no need for. And not once or twice, but three times. I hate to see this story go out of business because there are few brick and mortar retail stores like JCPenney. If their prices in the store were as advertised online, wouldn't they bring in more traffic? And if they had something that resembled friendly and helpful customer service more people would probably shop here also. She had plenty of time to help me, there was no one in line behind me.

The worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. I went here in April to get my…read moredaughters bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding in June. They said it would be here by June 7th which was kind of late because the wedding is June 13. I call back and ask them again a couple of weeks later seeing if it changed, they said May 30th. So may 30th comes around, I call them ask if it's there and they said no it's not coming till the 12. I ask them if there's anything they could do about it and they said they will try. I call corporate to see if they could do anything, they can't and ive been in hold with them for 40+ minutes before I have them call back. They call back 4 hours later not being able to help me. I call the store today (6-2) asking if there was any news, earlier it sounded very promising and she took my number to call me back. 2 hours go by and no call so I call them back at 7:00 (they close at 7:30) and they kept putting me on hold and then hung up on me after waiting the 35 minutes to ask the question. Never again going to David's bridal for anything. This isn't the first time David's royally screwed me over.
