The staff working here is always sweet but not overbearing, and usually make pleasant small talk. I think the trick here is that Francesca's just hires genuinely nice humans. Visiting a Francesca's is always a pleasant experience, and the Bolingbrook Promenade location is no exception. I guess if I had to sum up Ross (this is my first one), I'd say it is like TJ Maxx/Marshalls with less floor space and inventory. Similar quality, prices and brands from what I can see (though I did notice what seemed to be could have been "house brand" type beauty products purpose-made for Ross. Those may be perfectly fine, but if you're bargain hunting, I doubt that's what brought you in the door.
