After sharing what I was looking for, she made several suggestions and I proceeded to try on multiple swimsuits. She checked on me often and I handed her the swimsuits that either did not work or needed a different size to try on. I finally narrowed it down to one bikini and I asked for her opinion on how it looked. I was happy with my find! I thanked her for her help. The material of the bathing suit is very good quality and the store offers bathing suits in a varied array of colors, styles, and sizes. I am not sure however how many plus sizes they have though. They also have tops to go over the bathing suit. The store was smaller than I expected it to be but the selection was nice. It would have been nicer to have a much larger store with a bigger selection but I got what I needed and overall I had a great experience shopping here. Bathing suits here are at a higher price point than at a store like Target but the sizes are more specific to bra cup sizes and the quality of the swimsuits are excellent. The left shoe has white soles like in the picture online, but the right shoe has yellowed soles. I chatted with their agent online to ask if it would be possible to exchange the yellow right shoe. I thought that they would say that clearance items are as is and not returnable or exchangeable, or at the very best they would let me exchange it if I paid the return shipping. But the chat agent's supervisor said "don't worry about sending the shoes back, we will send you another pair at no cost to you," even though the supervisor also stated that the yellow may just be dis-coloration from sitting in the ware-house for so long so she did recommend to try to use a mild detergent it may help remove some of the yellow. This amazing customer service exceeds Amazon.com's. It was my first purchase with this company, so this experience has made me want to continue buying from them in the future! My only minor complaint with the online store is that they have a minimum $64 order for free shipping, but at least they offer it. I got 20% off my entire purchase for Black Friday 2016, which I think was a better deal than the 15% off selected items at designated times for Cyber Monday. First she took my measurements and once we ascertained my size, she helped me actually put the bra on, nipping and tucking where necessary. After that we chatted about what I was actually needing in this visit. She didn't try to sell me 8 bras, I really only needed one. But she brought me different styles, price points, and aesthetics. I bought one of the pricier pieces because of how absolutely lovely it was...delicate, supportive and with sexy elements. I think I feel more sexy when I have a risqué piece under a rather sedate ensemble. Aldo when I say privy, probably only $15 more than a bra normally costs for me ($79 vs $65 ). They taylor the experience to your needs, which they ascertain without you being explicit, even if you don't know what you need. I bought some thigh highs that they had in my size. They carry bathing suits year round. I was buying a black bra so it was in stock but they have an online platform that carries all their styles across their different stores (BJ told be each one has a different vibe, so that's cool).
