Love this Anthropologie!…read more I think the store has the best selection of all of the stores I've been to in the Chicago area. Yes, it's on the pricey side, but you get one of a kind pieces. I love Anthropologie's dresses. When I'm looking for a date night dress or a wedding guest dress, I usually end up at Anthropologie. I just recently purchased two summer dresses on clearance. Yes! I really like the jewelry too. Many unique pieces, and most of the time they go on sale. The home decor is awesome too! A touch of vintage and farmhouse! The candles smell amazing too. Overall, Anthropologie is such a nice store when you are looking to update your wardrobe or home decor!

As Soon as…read moremy boyfriend and I entered the store, one of the workers closed the door and blew out all of the candles... they shortly turned off the music and I was later told, while trying on clothes, that they would be closing 15 minutes early today. Feeling very rushed, I quickly finished trying on what I had, but after I left the dressing room, I was told that they were again now open until 8pm. She waited to tell me this until I had already rushed through trying everything on. For such expensive clothing, I resented feeling pressured to make a very rushed decision when I should've had half an hour to decide on what I wanted to get. I ended up being so annoyed by the experience that i didn't buy some jeans that i otherwise would have gotten. This is not even the first bad experience I have had here. I shouldn't feel like an inconvenience for coming in during business hours to buy clothes. Pretty bare minimum expectation.

Only 4 stars for a few disconnects, but this seemed to be because they were so busy... They left a sensor on one of my items, we pushed back the start time and then needed to start 10m after that (which was fine, I had blocked out the day anyways.) Also I had specified that I was not looking to purchase synthetics, but did have a number of polyester items when I arrived. I think I also would've loved a little more feedback on how pieces looked or what to pair together. Other than that, it was an incredibly seamless appointment. I'm can be a bit picky, but Ruba adapted really fast! Thank you!

I had a phenomenal experience at Aritzia last night!…read more I had come in shortly before closing and I understand how annoying it can be to have one of those last minute people come in but I was treated with nothing but the utmost respect and kindness. As expected, ( you can never go into an Aritzia not falling in love with everything you see lol ) looking around I found so many pieces I just fell in love with. I had grabbed several things and immediately a worker there came to take them for me, grab my name, and set them aside for a fitting room! It was so thoughtful and it just elevated the experience of shopping without having to carry a bunch of clothes around. Once I was done browsing I headed to the fitting room area where my things I had picked up were set aside for me. I then had a pants apart of a set I was in love with but was a size too big not work out too well for me. :(( Yet the kindest girl there looked immediately if they had a 00 to pair with my top on hand which they did and they ended up working perfectly! This is one of the few stores that has sizes in tops and pants that fit my waist measurements perfectly!! :)) Once I was done trying on everything the same girl who had set aside my things took everything that didn't work out for me and didn't let me carry a thing! They truly value their customers and go above and beyond for customer service, satisfaction, and experience. The atmosphere is very clean and orderly. Everything was racked neatly and in place. There wasn't a sign of anything un-orderly or messy. Oh my gosh and the fitting rooms( in pictures provided) are just to die for. I ended up leaving with the most beautiful set, yet it wasn't just the clothes that had me leaving happy it was also how respectful and kind I was treated. How helpful all the staff were there and how welcomed I felt. All I can say is if the manager of this location is reading this review, all the girls working the night of 5/24/25 go above and beyond for their customers and in keeping their store looking put together and beautiful and deserve a huge thanks for up keeping a respectful, friendly, and welcoming face for this Aritzia location. I will most definitely be returning and bringing friends and family.

I couldn't resist but to go around and look at everything. I felt like buying everything. This Vera Bradley location is very clean, organized, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The displays are nicely put and look attractive. All in all, professional. If you plan on making a purchase online, I suggest going to the store first (and buying from there instead, actually) because you can see what you're actually buying, also you save shipping charges ($8-10) unless you're spending over $100 (not including tax). Also, if the item happens to be out-of-stock at the location and you need to place an order through the store, the shipping charge is waived. How perfect is that! Most importantly, there was a special sale going on at the store that wasn't going on online. Anyway, I placed an order on Monday, March 5th (Miller bag in Mocha Rouge) and my order arrived at home on Friday, March 9th. Although I wasn't able to check my tracking online, I had to call the store to track it. The lady took my name and number and said she would call back. Later that day my order arrived before she even called me, so I was pleasantly surprised! My bag is strong and gorgeous and I'm in love with it!! I will be using it as my perfect new school bag and I can't wait! Love this brand, my current new obsession.
