Only 4 stars for a few disconnects, but this seemed to be because they were so busy... They left a sensor on one of my items, we pushed back the start time and then needed to start 10m after that (which was fine, I had blocked out the day anyways.) Also I had specified that I was not looking to purchase synthetics, but did have a number of polyester items when I arrived. I think I also would've loved a little more feedback on how pieces looked or what to pair together. Other than that, it was an incredibly seamless appointment. I'm can be a bit picky, but Ruba adapted really fast! Thank you!

I had a phenomenal experience at Aritzia last night!…read more I had come in shortly before closing and I understand how annoying it can be to have one of those last minute people come in but I was treated with nothing but the utmost respect and kindness. As expected, ( you can never go into an Aritzia not falling in love with everything you see lol ) looking around I found so many pieces I just fell in love with. I had grabbed several things and immediately a worker there came to take them for me, grab my name, and set them aside for a fitting room! It was so thoughtful and it just elevated the experience of shopping without having to carry a bunch of clothes around. Once I was done browsing I headed to the fitting room area where my things I had picked up were set aside for me. I then had a pants apart of a set I was in love with but was a size too big not work out too well for me. :(( Yet the kindest girl there looked immediately if they had a 00 to pair with my top on hand which they did and they ended up working perfectly! This is one of the few stores that has sizes in tops and pants that fit my waist measurements perfectly!! :)) Once I was done trying on everything the same girl who had set aside my things took everything that didn't work out for me and didn't let me carry a thing! They truly value their customers and go above and beyond for customer service, satisfaction, and experience. The atmosphere is very clean and orderly. Everything was racked neatly and in place. There wasn't a sign of anything un-orderly or messy. Oh my gosh and the fitting rooms( in pictures provided) are just to die for. I ended up leaving with the most beautiful set, yet it wasn't just the clothes that had me leaving happy it was also how respectful and kind I was treated. How helpful all the staff were there and how welcomed I felt. All I can say is if the manager of this location is reading this review, all the girls working the night of 5/24/25 go above and beyond for their customers and in keeping their store looking put together and beautiful and deserve a huge thanks for up keeping a respectful, friendly, and welcoming face for this Aritzia location. I will most definitely be returning and bringing friends and family.

Sale merchandise is then 50% off red-lined sale prices for some great pieces, all around 70% off of the original price, most of which are fair to fabulous. Fantastic for handmade items, brands such as THML clothing, luxurious Bench winter accessories, Femme tanks, Shiraleah gloves, fun Big Buddha bags, and a lot more. A royal blue tank that was originally $24, was $5 after the sale, the black tank, $11.00. For $132, I have a shopping bag full of quality items that will last and last. If we continue to have seasonable winters, even longer. So many tempting things, and much of it is on sale. I could have easily bought several shopping bags loaded with stuff. I peeked at the first Spring items already in. Good solid prices, stylish and wearable. Enzee is a great place to shop for gifts, especially if the person you're buying for appreciates things that are different than the normal brands at department and larger stores. I've never seen anything I've bought at Enzee at any other store except, Deer Fina, which has (sadly) closed.

Their jewelry is one-of-a-kind in a contemporary/classic way. The staff is extremely pleasant, and the merchandise is delightful. I'm particularly fond of the earrings on display here. The clothes on display are quite appealing too. I went to Enzee last week because I had a wardrobe emergency. Thankfully, they had exactly what I needed, as well as a plethora of other fantastic items! Over the last few years, I've acquired my favorite pair of chandelier earrings, as well as a slew of other trendy earrings and some cute clothing. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely return here again and again. Also, if you're looking to mix up your wardrobe and buy gifts for someone, I will highly recommend this location!

Similar to the Glenview location I will say again really great selection. They carry great brands however because I feel like it is slightly larger they carry even more product and therefore more options. I previously consigned with a larger, national brand in the city and had multiple bad experiences, the culmination of which was them literally stealing a bag from me. That would NEVER happen here. Kelsey's combines high powered expertise and reach with small business personal touch. Items I drop off are meticulously tracked, and receipts/pricing is sent for my approval usually within minutes of me leaving. I've sold many designer bags, shoes and pieces of clothing with them and have never had issues with their pricing or payouts. I'm very knowledgeable of the market myself and we always see eye to eye on pricing. You can collect your balance at the beginning of each month and they'll have a check ready and waiting for you. Despite absolutely having the knowledge and ability to resell my pieces myself, I choose to work with them because it's such a great experience from beginning to end. Their payouts are at a higher percentage than what I have seen elsewhere, but even if they weren't - I'd still choose to consign with them. Not to mention, they're super fun and just great women to know. I can't recommend them enough!

It was well staffed on grand opening as expected, and they were very welcoming. This location also has men's and women's boots, clothing and hats. I am so glad that they have finally hit the suburb so that I can have free parking and not fight the traffic to go to their locations previously in the city. On the day of grand opening, they had a few few items that were on sale, but not much. As expected. I am looking forward to some future sales, as well as as when some of the items changed for the seasons. The decor is absolute, incredible and as expected all the seating is super comfortable.
