There were a lot of associates working, and not one of them greeted me or said a word to me. They were talking to each other on the floor instead. It was 7 or 8 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. When someone finally did, I told them exactly what I came for. I asked what they thought about the sizing on the shoe and the answer was "it's up to you." That was it. No help, no opinion, nothing.

It's disappointing that the store here at home is the one that missed the mark. When you drive that far ready to spend money, the least you expect is someone saying hello.
I couldn't even tell you a single person's name including the person that clerked the sale. Some people create an experience and solve for something. Others clerk. The person at this store clerked. That's the difference between great stores and great salespeople and whatever this store provided. read more
