I went to the mall and I was just planning to window shop but then I went to this store and saw a lot of items that has discounts for like 30%, 40% and even 50% off which I realized is a great deal so I could not resist to pick and choose items that got my attention and items that are my interests. Aside from that, the brand is also a good brand I know that I consistently buy and few of my things are honestly bought on this brand. I like the brand first because of the quality of their products their clothes are comfy and definitely has a good quality as well as their bags and shoes. This location is also pretty good. The place is spotless, the layout is fine and everything is well-organized. Aside from that, the staffs are also accommodating, definitely friendly and knowledgeable. I sighted a various jean and my sizes are available and I was so happy because it was included in the 50% off. I know love this store. I am not sure if they always have these big discounts but I am glad and felt lucky to be able to purchase high quality and wonderful items from the brand and from this great store on this mall. Will definitely recommend this to my family and friends!

This store is amazing. I love shopping at Tommy. Everything so clean and organized. The staff are very attentive with your needs. They always have promotions and stuff. I'm done buying a jacket and hat for my wife and my daughter. Next I went to this store to buy a jacket for myself and my son. When I entered the store there were many choices. They are full of different products and merchandise. They are so organized in their selection and inventory. You can choose everything here for men. Some staff assisted me when Im enter here. She's a little bit rude and doesn't know how to carefully handle the customers. She looks tired and sleepy. When I plead here that I want privacy she's just not responding to me and she just walks away. What rude staff. I easily bought a jacket and left this store because I'm too angry with their staff. read more

My husband will be promoted to his job. He will become a manager. So I decided to surprise him. I cooked him a food and gave him a present. Since he's casual and formal when he went to the office I decided to gave him a polo shirt. He is so handsome and looks hot when he wears a polo. When I enter to this store Im amazed how they are organize in every of their selection. It pretty nice to look and easy to choose. I went to the selection of polo and there's a lot of choices I can make. They have different color and design of polo. I choose to buy a 2 pairs of polo. I chose a color of white polo and a beige color. It fits him perfectly since I know his size and some of his clothes. I'm the one who bought it. I'm sure he will love this polo. read more

This store was so amazing! I really love doing a shopping here at Tommy. They have so many highly recommended things to buy. Everything at this place is so great! Their place is really clean and neat. It is so organized and well-sorted. You can really find anything you want and feel comfortable all over the place. The whole place is so welcoming and has a different good vibe. They are so nice and worth visiting! Their location is really great and very accessible. You can really enjoy the whole place and you will absolutely like how great their customer service is. Their staff will literally give you so many reasons to come back and be satisfied. Outstanding customer service. They will offer you so many great deals here like promos, discounts, and sale items. You can save a lot of money here compared buying at other stores around. I've been in here a few times. The jeans are great and I always find a nice button up shirt or sweater. On my last visit which was early December 2019, the place looked like a shithole. I was shocked. It looked like a tornado had whipped through the place. Clothing was haphazardly stacked in no apparent order and the employees were walking around and playing on their phones. I still made my purchase but this place needs someone with management skills to come in and clean house. read more

If I could give 20 stars I would. I shop here pretty often and get help when needed however recently my experience was truly above and beyond. The staff here are professional and friendly nowadays and so eager to show you around and ensure each customer find what they're looking for. Their discounts are off the hook. And the prices were reasonable. I just went in and bought a casual dress. I find a perfect fit dress on me. The style and color was perfect on me, and it's really comfy. We're highly recommend because the quality of their clothes was on highest level. They all made my experience delightful and seamless. Thank you all read more

I agree with the other reviewer- they are very racist!! The sales clerk (blond lady) gave me attitude when I mentioned coupons I got in the mail, then she rolled her eyes at the red head (he had a mustache and beard, with sunglasses on his head) who had just interacted with a Chinese woman. My sister-in-law went back to ask a question about international tax, and she made her wait 10 minutes for a manager, who was the red head guy chatting away with a blond friend he was walking out of the shop. When I came looking for her, she was still standing there. I blasted the manager, who said no one called him. I then returned all I purchased, saying I didn't want to wear anything from a shop that made me unhappy! I haven't seen such racist and bad service since segregation. read more

I've had a great experience here, even though when I went shopping it was during Xmas. The associates were kind and helpful. Regarding the review before, I asked for an extra gag and they gave me one because the bag was too heavy, because I spent more than I should have ....hehe. As I was paying someone asked for a bags for gifts, they wanted 5 extra gift bags. The associate kindly explained they can't give out extra bags, and the customer said they want a manager, who happened to ring up my purchase and he said they can't provide extra bags for gifts. The customer then said but they are presents and I need gift bags. The manager said they can't give out 5 extra bags but they can give out one extra bag. The manager apologized to me when they got back, and I said I agree with him. If you need extra gift bags, go to Jewel and get 10 boxes for $6. It's not a stores job to provide you with gift bags. I will definitely be shopping at this location again when I come home to visit my family again. read more

Their site didn't indicate they offered curbside pickup (I checked my email just in case I'd misunderstood how I was to pick it up). I called and was on hold about six minutes because no one ever picked up. (There were 20+ people in line and I didn't want to wait around there just to be told to go elsewhere; what's the point of pickup if not to be quick?) Finally I found an associate not behind a cash register and he went to get my order, which was in the back and not at all in correspondence to the system they had out on the floor. I guess maybe they expect people to stand in line? But that doesn't make sense when their pickup system says you should check your email to pick up your item. I don't know.

So an $800 tree costs $2000 to have planted. Are you kidding me? 150% service charge to plant. That's like buying a $1000 big screen tv from Abt or Best Buy and paying $2500 total to have it installed. No rational person would do this. By comparison, we have purchased trees from other local nurseries and their planting fees are typically 50% of tree cost. So an $800 tree would cost an additional $400 to plant. Total cost: $1200. Who in their right mind would pay 150% of the cost of the item to have it "installed?" Do better, Lurvey. This is madness.
