The shoe brand turned out to be very comfortable. The store only had a plain color in stock, but they provided me a tablet to search for additional color options. I had come in on a Saturday, and they called me on Wednesday that my shoes have arrived. Staff that I encountered on first and second visit were friendly. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase and they gave me space to look around. Very good shoe selection from a wide variety of brands. There is limited parking out front, but the deck is only a block away. I would return.

A Caucasian lady walks in right behind me and she is asked if she needs anything and is greeted politely. I walked around the entire store and not once did any sales person acknowledge or ask me if I needed help but they fawned over every other customer there. I was the only non Caucasian customer, btw. And every salesperson there is Caucasian. Like I said, this wouldn't be so obvious if it didn't happen EVERY SINGLE TIME I have walked in. Never again. Mediocre overpriced clothes anyway. I'd rather take my business elsewhere where people aren't so blatantly rude and prejudiced. Every time I've been there, the staff has been knowledgeable, friendly, hilarious, and extremely willing to be helpful. I've felt comfortable making purchases here with this team that puts customer service first. I've gotten my daughter a pair of Yeezys and (most recently) a pair of patent red/black Jordan 1 highs and they were both in perfect condition. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. I told them the exact shoe, color and size. Lissie checked and said they don't have them in store but was I willing to check another location? I said yes and she checked right then and there. She said another store had them and if I was willing to wait a day or two she would personally pick them up and bring them back to the location closest to me. I have never been offered that and thought that was super awesome! I "ordered" them today and will get them Thursday morning. Very excited and super impressed!

One thing I noticed is the selection as far as brands goes has really shrunk. If you like Nike (which I do) Footlocker has an excellent selection.
