The first person who's at the register went out her area and didn't even look at me until I said I have a return. She just said "oh, yeah" then pointed at the other guy in the other register. I know the guy saw me and heard what i said to the lady at the first register but he was also going to get out from where his register is until I said I have a return. He moved slowly to the other register where I was standing close to and the look on his face just says he doesn't want to help me. If you polish and maintain leather dress shoes, sneakers, or boots, they carry quality products from well-known shoe-care brands rather than just the basic stuff. The salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable, and able to explain the different brushes, pastes, waxes, and polishes without trying to oversell anything. I ended up picking up a handful of products for several pairs of shoes as a little project to keep some of my more expensive footwear in good shape and looking as close to new as possible. They also offer shoe repair and other services if you need more than just supplies, which makes this a great one-stop local shop for footwear maintenance.
