I came in expecting…read morereasonable prices and a decent variety, based on what I'd heard, and left wondering where the value was supposed to be.The whole experience felt like a middle-aged man trying to sell a 2000 Chevy for $15,000 because he "knows what he has." The prices are wildly inflated, while the selection does very little to justify them. If you're charging premium prices, there should at least be premium variety and quality to match. As for the customer service, it was practically nonexistent. No one seemed interested in speaking to customers until it came time to promote or push their program. That alone left a pretty bad impression.1/10. If you enjoy paying too much for clothes, having a painfully limited selection that feels like it's mostly just teams, and being treated like a potential sign-up rather than an actual customer, then by all means, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your money and shop somewhere that actually understands what good value and customer service look like.

The stores are preparing for Easter and the Spring season so there are many pretty pastels to choose from. Many of you know that my favorite color is pink. If you're looking for higher end shoes like Rockport, Red Wing and SAS you're in the right place. If it's not in stock, they will order it. If your 94 year old MIL is in the hospital and not sure of what size, they will even give you a couple of shoes , to make sure you get the correct size. It is clearly posted in the store that they do not give refunds, just store credits only. To me, that only makes sense as some people visit a brick and motor store, buy and try on a product and then knowing it fits try to locate the same product at a lower cost. The staff does an excellent job of fitting the shoes and asking questions to make sure your matches to the correct pair of shoes. It kind of reminded my of Harry Potter and the Sorting Hat. It's also fair to be able to return a product if dissatisfied and a store credit to me, is a viable alternative and they have many other brands of shoes to choose from. For my 2 cents, I am very pleased and impressed with the selection and service.
