I went into this lululemon outlet store thinking that, I would finally be able to figure out what all the hype was about. What I found was highly priced , very expensive workout clothing. If this is supposed to be an outlet store then I don't know what the prices would be in a regular lululemon store. $49 stretch skort reduced from their normal price of $88? $59 for a pair of camouflage "tights" marked down from $98? $89 for a pair of red leggings that looked like they had been worn and returned? $279 for a pair of cropped twelfth leggings marked down from $398? The quality does look like it's better than your average leggings, however, i have purchased comparable workout wear from dance costume companies for a lot less money and even made in the USA. I stopped in because I was on a road trip and going through Chicago. The person behind the counter was very sweet and I didn't have to wait in a long line despite it being the holiday rush. However, I found the inventory to be pretty disorganized and confusing, and there weren't a lot of items in my size. What there was was scattered about the store and hidden between different-sized things. This is probably not entirely due to the management and more about how there were a bunch of people looking at things and putting some back. read more

This outlet store has a huge space on the inside. The advantage of it was that the customer doesn't feel a hassle or it's not crowded while choosing and looking for some products. The disadvantage was it looks plain inside. It looks like they only have a few products in their section. Some of their products are in a high quality fabric and some are not. You can have them at a cheaper price or an expensive price. Some of their products are a little bit expensive on their not good product. They will have a discount and sale on their selected items only. There are some staff on the counter and they look kind. They will not greet you if you are paying on your purchase but they will say thankyou to you after they give your paid purchase. read more

My son is an athlete at his school. He loves to exercise and jog every morning. He wants to maintain his physical health. So I planned to go to the mall and buy him some activewear. I enter this store and I see an activewear shirt. There are only two staff members when I'm here. One staff member is at the counter and one staff member is busy assisting one customer. No one assists me when I'm here. One staff member only assists me when she is done talking to one customer. For me their customer was not great since they only have a few staff. I bought a 3 piece activewear shirt since I have no time to go to other places since I have work. They should improve their customer service. read more

There are few people inside so it's not a hassle to choose and buy some of their products. They have a different and great selection where it looks organized. When I'm looking at every one of their clothes, some of them are in a high quality fabric but some have  thin fabric. And I think some of it has a cheaper and express price. They have a discount and sale on their selected items. When you look around this store, the staff are busy assisting and helping the customer. Some staff are busy organizing their products. I only bought a dress for my grandma. The fabric was soft, which made it comfortable to wear. She will like it too since she likes a simple dress. Luckily it has a discount and I save money. I was able to snag a pair of on the fly pants for 40, but I could have just ordered this online instead of driving 30 minutes. If you live far, it's not worth the drive. I was actually really anticipating to check out this store and what options there were. I was very sad as it was a lot smaller than most outlet stores. Also legging styles were very sparce and it was mostly all tank tops they were trying to sell that not many would buy. The only saving grave was somehow I was able to find a dress similar to one I had been eyeballing online and just so happened to see it on the return rack. They do honor the 25% sweat collective member discount which is a plus on top of the outlet prices. I just wish there were much more variety because I would have bought a lot more items. read more

After standing at the register for a couple minutes and trying to figure out who actually works here to no avail I asked "Is anyone working the register?" To which a very rude guy screamed at me "Yes!" And the girl that he had been standing there speaking to (also another employee) laughed at his rudeness. First of all, maybe instead of standing there like it's social hour with your coworker you should focus on doing your job. I called corporate to report the incident and no one ever returned my phone call. If you expect good service, avoid this place. I am really amazed with this place! I really love their items and the quality. They have so many choices of clothes, for sports, workouts, casual, and others. Their variety and selection are really interesting. Their place is so huge, their interior is really interesting, and they have a great atmosphere. There are staff there who are busy helping the customer and also arranging their products to make it organized and looks good to see. They have different varieties of products or clothes. I am writing this review because this happened to me thrice already to be exact. The last two times, I had to let go as they weren't major but this time....the prices that they have on the tags do not match with what they have on the registry. I only ever wear Lululemon for very specific reason: quality. I've never had issues and they do free alterations. Additionally, once you've ran down the apparels, they'd be happy to let you bring the items in for a store credit (I have not done that so far). I was very excited to check out a Lulu outlet, having never been to one before. I was a little underwhelmed. The store was pretty small...and jammed full of stuff- which was a plus! There seemed to be a wide selection, but felt a bit unorganized. You know when you go to a TJ Maxx and have a panic attack with the chaos...yep had that feeling here. Employees were helpful, as always. The outlet was just a glorified 15-20% off store. I was very disappointed by the way the employees treated me from start to finish. It was the worst experience I've had at a lululemon location, and I will never go back, and I urge you to not as well. The employees at the front of the store were very rude and basically kicked me out 1 min before the end of my appointment. I spend way too much money at this store to be treated this way, and when you're asked "is this your first time at lululemon" after they misheard your phone number (for a useless reward system). I am now engaged on workout and when I first started it this is the particular brand where I bought clothes for my workouts. At first, I thought it was a bit expensive but when I used it, I realized that it was worth it because first, it has a lovely design and nice color, second, the quality is definitely great and lastly is that it is super comfortable to use that is such a really great feeling. Recently, I visited the brand store on this location and it is my first time to go in this brand's store location and it is the same with the store near my place. It is clean and well-organized. The items are pretty much the same and I love the selection of tights in here. I only have neutral colors and I bought the colorful ones. Their fitting room is clean as well. Prices are fair, reasonable and definitely worth it. They have a lot of selection and items and it seems fully stocked. There is a variety of wonderful options and I take my time on choosing which I would buy. It is a bit hard choosing because everything is lovely and interested. Also, the staff is friendly, helpful and especially knowledgeable which is really great. I just basically love this store! read more

My first time visiting this location (as well as a Lululemon outlet overall), and I'm pleased with the experience. Staff was very friendly, since they greeted customers as soon as they walked in. They were also extremely helpful -- asking if they could help me find a specific item, something in a different size or color, if they could start a fitting room for me, etc. There was quite a selection of items: instead of sorting everything by size the way that some Lulu outlets do, items here are sorted by type (shirts together, leggings together, and so on). The store was relatively organized, and the selection was rather decent -- sizes 4 and 6 were a bit scarce, but still possible to find. It was similar to what was available on the "We Made Too Much" section of their website, though there were still some items from past seasons available. There were quite a few items that were either discontinued styles, or simply discontinued colors. Make sure to look at the items carefully when trying them on, since one bra that I looked at had a huge stain on it. Everything is final sale, so catch those kinds of details before you buy! When I was there, the special that day was an additional 10% discount (on top of the already reduced price listed on the tag), with the possibility to raise the discount to 15% after purchasing a specific amount of items. I don't quite remember the specifics, but it was clearly listed throughout the store. Also, Sweat Collective members can use their 25% discount on top of all of the discounts already given! (The cashier will ask to see your ID if you're using it, so make sure to have it handy.) After using that discount, I ended up getting my items at about 40% off. A great experience, and I will definitely come here again. read more

The sales were amazing! We drove 5 hours to this outlet because my family is crazy for lululemon!! Overall the only disappointing aspect was lack of size quantity. If you are a size 10 or 12 this store is a gold mine!!! However, being anywhere from a 2-6 in lulu you definitely have to rummage through. However, the staff couldn't have been nicer! I walked out of the dressing room and handed one of the workers the leggings I did not want and got ready to go check out. He came up to me then and proceeded to tell me how he noticed I was trying on size 10 leggings. His words were "Size 10 is second to largest size we have... there is just no way you are a size 10". He proceeded to point to two other workers and tell me they wear size 6 and insisted I try on size 6 because there was just no way I was a size 10. Considering the leggings I was about to purchase are easily my tenth pair of size 10 leggings, I found it incredibly rude for him to be telling me what size I wear. I told him I wear whatever size feels good and left to check out. Seriously though, a man should not be going up to women and telling them what size they should be wearing, pointing out the size 10 is 'large', or comparing my body to the other workers who wear size 6. This Lululemon outlet is amazing! The clothing rotates seasonally and they have fantastic sales all the time. I've been twice, once the focus was on Wunderunders and the last time the major sales were crops and shorts. The staff is so kind and helpful and will give you their honest opinion.
