Recommendations for suitable shirts and ties were helpful. I had to have the suit shipped since I was leaving Chicago before the alterations could be finished. I chose a good time to shop since the suit was on sale and I got additional $$ credited by using the BB credit card. My suit arrived on time and with an excellent fit. Let me also say, the fitting rooms were wonderful. Pants have always been a struggle but here there were so many options! I came in less than a week after I receive my items, to just do a simple exchange. The manager thought I was insane for not understanding that they can't do exchanges for online purchases even though their app clearly states that you can do this. The cashier was obnoxious and kept rolling her eyes while on the phone with customer service. Again, I wanted to just simply exchange and was not asking for money back and it was a 45 minute ordeal where the only resolve was that I just needed to have faith that the corporate customer service would refund me within 24 hours via a giftcard sent digitally to my email. This killing the sail of the exchange for which I was going to spend even more $. I walked away so annoyed and just wanted to have a nice shopping experience while on my lunch break. I didn't buy or exchange anything. What a joke! I've been in retail my entire life and have never had such an overly complicated and absurd transaction over a situation that is very normal. Colston arriving late was out of there control but what wasn't out of their control was how they handled the crowd and the lack of accountability in making us wait, wait without any updates. The staff allowed people to come in and there was no rhyme or reason on how the line was set up inside. The line went sideways when Colston was interviewed by Tom Waddle because everyone got out of line so those that got there earlier had people who were in back go in front. Nothing was done about this when it brought up to one of the people running the event (dark haired brunette). This is the same person that seemed to speak differently to people of color vs. caucasian people. Needless to say, there should've had a event staff run this event because it was clear, whoever ran this had little to no experience the crowd size of 200+. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth as I shared with folks ahead of tonights event at LifeTime Fitness about this event featuring performance apparel. If you need to buy a hanbok, this is the store for it…read more I went there with my soon-to-be husband a couple months ago. The hanbok-orderer Mrs. Han was not there that day, so Edward assisted us. He was very attentive, friendly and patient as we looked through the mulitple hanbok designers' books he gave us to view. We found several beautiful hanboks. Edward invited us to return to the store at a time when Mrs. Han would be available. A month later, we set an appointment time for my soon-to-be-mother-in-law and me to meet with Mrs. Han. Mrs. Han was very helpful in suggesting which hanboks would best suit my body-type (longer jeogori and lower pleats). Anyone knowledgable about Korean clothing knows that a hanbok intended for a slender Korean girl doesn't exactly fit a white girl's curvacious body in the same way. I am very grateful for her knowledge and assistance. She took my measurements and ordered my hanbok. It takes approximately 4 weeks to be delivered from Korea. Once it arrives, I will post a follow up here. Additionally, they sell high-end men's wear (mostly suits), as well as women's blouses, knitwear, suit-jackets and a few dress-coats.
