Finally, I hit the jackpot: right size, right color, easy to buckle, fairly comfortable, no obvious blister-inducing rubbing... And, on sale. Score. They pulled on the locked door a few times, and when it finally opened, I made my way into the store, along with a few other people. It was a store for me, and them, and you and your friends. Uncharted is a very nice gift store, and larger inside than you expect. There were candles, housewares, cards, clothes, toys, jewelry, candy, men's gifts, and more. It's an updated and more trendy Hallmark store. The staff were very nice, and asked me to join their rewards club. I declined, as this location is a little far for me. I did purchase a cute scratch-off artpad for a gift and some pretty notecards.

Very professional, patient, nice and knowledgeable about the shoes and what would fit me the best. 2) The 3D fitting machine did assist James on where to begin and what type of shoes and inserts would be best for me. 3) Walked out with 2 pairs of shoes. Yes, they are pricey, but worth every penny. I felt immediate pain relief the day I bought the shoes, now, 4 days later, the pain in my legs and feet has been reduced from an 8 (scale 1-10) to a 2. I'm no longer limping due to ankle and foot pain. I can't say enough about how great these shoes fit, the service at this location and the fact that I can walk so much better. Paula B.

I had never worn them outside, and Woodfield told me they were used, and wouldn't return them. When you buy a leather shoe, that in the store the clerk tells you will stretch to you foot, and you get them home and realize that couldn't be further from the truth, you deserve a refund when Martens, charges what they do! I will never shop here again due to the horrible customer service I experienced, and had to travel all over to get one of their stores ro refund me, because the Woodfield store sent me away, and wouldn't make a return for me!
