I previously consigned with a larger, national brand in the city and had multiple bad experiences, the culmination of which was them literally stealing a bag from me. That would NEVER happen here. Kelsey's combines high powered expertise and reach with small business personal touch. Items I drop off are meticulously tracked, and receipts/pricing is sent for my approval usually within minutes of me leaving. I've sold many designer bags, shoes and pieces of clothing with them and have never had issues with their pricing or payouts. I'm very knowledgeable of the market myself and we always see eye to eye on pricing. You can collect your balance at the beginning of each month and they'll have a check ready and waiting for you. Despite absolutely having the knowledge and ability to resell my pieces myself, I choose to work with them because it's such a great experience from beginning to end. Their payouts are at a higher percentage than what I have seen elsewhere, but even if they weren't - I'd still choose to consign with them. Not to mention, they're super fun and just great women to know. I can't recommend them enough!

    I am writing to formally report a very distressing experience I had today at your Oakbrook Macy's…read morelocation. I initially came into the store to return a pair of shoes, which went smoothly. While in the store, I decided to purchase a men's cologne as a birthday gift for my fiancé. When I proceeded to check out, I asked the associate to look up my Macy's credit card account, as I typically do. My transaction was declined, and I was told it was due to an issue with my identification. I explained that I recently upgraded to a Real ID and was issued a temporary paper ID by the DMV, which is valid and contains the same information as my previous ID. Instead of receiving assistance in resolving the issue: * I was told I had to call customer service myself. * I spent approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the issue while standing in the store. * The transaction was retried but declined again. * I felt a lack of support and empathy during the process. This situation became extremely embarrassing, as I was left standing at the register for an extended period. I felt as though other customers and staff were watching and judging the situation, which made me feel uncomfortable and humiliated. While one associate eventually attempted to help by suggesting another call, the overall experience lacked proper customer care, discretion, and support. I am requesting: 1. A review of how situations like this are handled in-store. 2. Additional training for staff on assisting customers with credit card issues. 3. Better coordination between store associates and credit services to avoid placing the burden entirely on the customer. 4. Follow-up regarding how this situation will be improved moving forward. I have been a loyal Macy's customer and was very disappointed by how this situation was handled.

    I had a phenomenal experience at Aritzia last night!…read more I had come in shortly before closing and I understand how annoying it can be to have one of those last minute people come in but I was treated with nothing but the utmost respect and kindness. As expected, ( you can never go into an Aritzia not falling in love with everything you see lol ) looking around I found so many pieces I just fell in love with. I had grabbed several things and immediately a worker there came to take them for me, grab my name, and set them aside for a fitting room! It was so thoughtful and it just elevated the experience of shopping without having to carry a bunch of clothes around. Once I was done browsing I headed to the fitting room area where my things I had picked up were set aside for me. I then had a pants apart of a set I was in love with but was a size too big not work out too well for me. :(( Yet the kindest girl there looked immediately if they had a 00 to pair with my top on hand which they did and they ended up working perfectly! This is one of the few stores that has sizes in tops and pants that fit my waist measurements perfectly!! :)) Once I was done trying on everything the same girl who had set aside my things took everything that didn't work out for me and didn't let me carry a thing! They truly value their customers and go above and beyond for customer service, satisfaction, and experience. The atmosphere is very clean and orderly. Everything was racked neatly and in place. There wasn't a sign of anything un-orderly or messy. Oh my gosh and the fitting rooms( in pictures provided) are just to die for. I ended up leaving with the most beautiful set, yet it wasn't just the clothes that had me leaving happy it was also how respectful and kind I was treated. How helpful all the staff were there and how welcomed I felt. All I can say is if the manager of this location is reading this review, all the girls working the night of 5/24/25 go above and beyond for their customers and in keeping their store looking put together and beautiful and deserve a huge thanks for up keeping a respectful, friendly, and welcoming face for this Aritzia location. I will most definitely be returning and bringing friends and family.

    Last night, I ordered a pair of pants online and the only location available near my house was the…read moreOakbrook location, it said there was 1 left in stock. I arrived around 1pm to pick up my order, waited for 10 min for someone to get my order from the basement, and was then told they don't even have the pants anymore. All the associate said was " Sometimes our stock online isn't accurate to what's in store." She then confirmed I will be refunded and walked off. She never once offered to try and help me order a new pair online or give me some sort of a discount given the pants were $150. This was my first time shopping at this store and let's just say I will never be back!
