The salesman was very nice and helpful. I ended up buying 1 shirt and 2 pair of socks. I was in a hurry and didn't pay enough attention to the bill total. I wrapped the shirt and socks and gave them to my hubby. But when I was going through my bills a month later, I noticed they had charged me for 2 shirts plus the socks! When I went to the store to explain, the regional manager was there and asked me where the shirt was. I said I never had it. It was not in my bag, and since I wasn't expecting there to be 2 shirts in there it had seemed fine at the time. She was very curt with me and said it would take awhile to look into it, review the tapes, look at the inventory, etc. She then called me the very next day! And told me basically that I was a liar and that based on their information, they had no evidence to say there was an issue. I work in retail and we have video cameras pointing right at the cash wrap. We've referred to them more than once, but it does take time. Either they have no video surveillance, or they are lying to me. I think they are lying. They tried to offer me a 15% off coupon on my next purchase. What a joke. I was eager to help out a new business and I got screwed. There are plenty of nice men's shirt stores. Don't bother with this one. Stay away because they don't care one bit about you.

I wear a 40R Regular fit at Joe Banks or a 42R Tailored cut, but in trying to find a suit at MW I went from a 40 to 46 depending on the cut without any of the pants working. Disappointing. Unfortunately, what should have been a special experience turned into a very disappointing and uncomfortable one. We spent over an hour in the store trying on suits and clearly looking for assistance, yet no employee approached us once while multiple other customers were greeted and helped around us. We were repeatedly overlooked throughout our visit. Even when we were ready to purchase, we stood waiting at the register while employees nearby ignored us until I finally asked for assistance. When I politely expressed concern about the lack of customer service, the employee became defensive rather than acknowledging the issue. As the only Hispanic customers in the store, the overall treatment made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. While I am not accusing anyone directly, the experience left us feeling singled out and disrespected. Despite this, we still purchased an expensive suit and left without even a simple thank you. I hope management reviews the store footage from that day and uses this as an opportunity to improve customer service training and ensure every customer is treated with equal respect and attention.
