The staff at the Oakbrook Center store was top-notch. Our son has never purchased a custom suit and was a bit nervous. Brandon and Kenny made him feel at ease and he loved the experience (he even wants another suit or possibly shirt). The dynamic duo took accurate measurements and made wonderful suggestions (we didn't realize there are so many options in a suit). If you're looking for expertise, comfort, knowledge and a beautiful suit, definitely visit Indochino and their superb staff. Thank you for taking the time to help create a suit that fits our son perfectly!

The salesman was very nice and helpful. I ended up buying 1 shirt and 2 pair of socks. I was in a hurry and didn't pay enough attention to the bill total. I wrapped the shirt and socks and gave them to my hubby. But when I was going through my bills a month later, I noticed they had charged me for 2 shirts plus the socks! When I went to the store to explain, the regional manager was there and asked me where the shirt was. I said I never had it. It was not in my bag, and since I wasn't expecting there to be 2 shirts in there it had seemed fine at the time. She was very curt with me and said it would take awhile to look into it, review the tapes, look at the inventory, etc. She then called me the very next day! And told me basically that I was a liar and that based on their information, they had no evidence to say there was an issue. I work in retail and we have video cameras pointing right at the cash wrap. We've referred to them more than once, but it does take time. Either they have no video surveillance, or they are lying to me. I think they are lying. They tried to offer me a 15% off coupon on my next purchase. What a joke. I was eager to help out a new business and I got screwed. There are plenty of nice men's shirt stores. Don't bother with this one. Stay away because they don't care one bit about you.

The atmosphere is calm, yet uplifting... professional, yet incredibly supportive. There's a genuine sense of ease the moment you walk in, and that speaks volumes about the team they've built. Jessica, Hailey, and Jocelynn are absolutely phenomenal. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and extraordinarily patient--not only with clients, but with one another. It's refreshing and inspiring to see a team that truly enjoys both their work and the people they serve. Vuori has done something special here--bringing together such a remarkable group of individuals in one space. It creates an experience that feels less like shopping and more like being cared for. Thank you, Vuori Oak Brook, for consistently delivering excellence. I will absolutely keep coming back!

I've been coming here for several decades since they opened and I've always really enjoyed this place. It is unfortunate that the Nordstrom's had taken away the live piano player which I thought brought some really great ambience and differentiated them in the market. However, this Nordstrom is definitely well stocked all year-round and carries a heck of a lot more product than the Woodfield or the Skokie location. Also, what I love about Nordstrom even after all these years is that they are very well staffed. No matter where you go in the store there's always someone willing and ready to help. I think it also helps because the Nordstrom sales staff is in fact incentivized. Over the years, the store has also changed, especially with the offerings from the café coffee shop restaurant, etc. However, when they first opened, I was in my teens if not early 20s and that particular section of the store always had some of the best selection. As well as some of the best brands. I still love coming here to this day and it's also a better sales tax then Woodfield, the city or Skokie

Unfortunately, what should have been a special experience turned into a very disappointing and uncomfortable one. We spent over an hour in the store trying on suits and clearly looking for assistance, yet no employee approached us once while multiple other customers were greeted and helped around us. We were repeatedly overlooked throughout our visit. Even when we were ready to purchase, we stood waiting at the register while employees nearby ignored us until I finally asked for assistance. When I politely expressed concern about the lack of customer service, the employee became defensive rather than acknowledging the issue. As the only Hispanic customers in the store, the overall treatment made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. While I am not accusing anyone directly, the experience left us feeling singled out and disrespected. Despite this, we still purchased an expensive suit and left without even a simple thank you. I hope management reviews the store footage from that day and uses this as an opportunity to improve customer service training and ensure every customer is treated with equal respect and attention.
