The shoe brand turned out to be very comfortable. The store only had a plain color in stock, but they provided me a tablet to search for additional color options. I had come in on a Saturday, and they called me on Wednesday that my shoes have arrived. Staff that I encountered on first and second visit were friendly. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase and they gave me space to look around. Very good shoe selection from a wide variety of brands. There is limited parking out front, but the deck is only a block away. I would return.

Before we got started, I was asked to run barefoot on the treadmill and determine how my foot was landing. I was given several options including brands like Brooks, Hoka, and Asics after my foot and gait analysis. I ended up signing up for the membership as the employee and a random customer recommended it. In the end, I must've saved around $40 with my school discount as well. After purchasing my Arahi's and sole inserts, I feel like I've had less issues with my feet. I think Road Runners gave me motivation to finish the training block. Unfortunately, Men's sizes and options were VERY FEW and far between. Not only was the selection poor, there were literally only 1 size of each design. If you wanted another in that size, you have to wait for them to order it. Which I did - 6 days. Also, no returns whatsoever, even if you didn't want it anymore because you found something else. No returns I ended up using a popular online website to complete the wardrobe I needed. Whatever I didn't like, I returned it, and they had no problem refunding anything. I can't speak for the women's selection, but the men's selection is extremely small and questionable at best. Go elsewhere or go online
