Tried calling again 40 minutes on hold Called Famous Footwear customer service 888-869-1053 another 20 minutes on hold. The rep said the only way to resolves is to call Comenity Bank who does not answer the phone. I can not resolve this with comenity I can not create an account without the credit card # to resolve this issue on their website as I never received the credit card No doubt you are fully aware of the horrible reviews for Comenity Bank's customer service This does not reflect well on Famous footwear.
