You talk about service. I was able to Tell them what I needed and size. (And looking it up on line first I could give them the item number. Lady was so kind to find the items I needed and set them aside. I walked in and amongst all the customers she said hello and passed me to special agent 732925. Calling him special agent cause wow did he take care of me. (Using his id so von maur can give him employee of the month). He was so wonderful. Remembered me from a year and a half ago and helped me big time. Found jeans that were an even better fit. Understood what I needed and because I am on a weight loss program found me similar jeans that were on sale! I was in and out and able to try them on in less than 30 min. No more Amazon wardrobe for me. Their is no way they can touch the service. The selection and in this case the price. Way to go Von Maur! I hope you never leave St Charles. Just amazing. Today - by weird coincidence - was outstanding. I feel today - as well as in general the past few years - has been a 5 star experience. New pharmacist "Naheed" was about the nicest woman I have ever spoken to and been helped by. That being said, the other pharmacists there are also equally nice and helpful - including one of the regulars - her name escapes me now, might be 'Cheryl'. Anyhow, today by weird coincidence I was helped by 'Naheed' and we struck up a conversation about the weather, and somehow it turned into the flooding in different states and how her daughter was stranded, etc. Yes, weird conversation I know - but funny and nice that somebody would take time to talk to me about anything at all. Naheed then helped me get my prescription set up on Target's pharmacy reward program, which was very easy. It was just a cool experience and Naheed was so nice, polite, "genuine", and even funny. As said, the other pharmacists and staff there are ALSO very nice. One other pharmacist (younger, late 20's?, her name is Maria - cute) is also very friendly and always says hello. Another guy/tech (maybe mid 20's - name is "Aaron") even remembers last names when patients come in and is very nice and talkative. Very cool and professional. Thank you Naheed for the friendly and funny conversation, and thanks to Aaron, Maria, Target pharmacy and the other pharmacy employees equally the same!

My favorite thing about World Market is their wordly foods and this particular location had a great selection too (although I left without picking any food related item up) My in-laws went to Italy and for Christmas, I decided to make them an Italian themed gift basket. I found about 90% of the imported items from World Market. I find that at least half of my Christmas shopping is done at World Market because you can find really unique things for anyone on your list. I also recommend signing up for their reward club. You can earn points just by providing your phone # at checkout and if you sign up for emails, you frequently receive store coupons that can be used on anything minus alcohol. The other day I called the customer service desk from one of their red phones and asked for someone to open a dressing room for me. The woman asked where I was. I said hi, someone has been in the other room for a while She smirked and walked away. I wanted to communicate non-verbally as well with a one finger wave. I have learned that going to Meijer requires a couple of things (especially on the weekend): 1) Do not plan to get out of there quickly. Go with the mindset that you will be there for a while, especially when trying to check out. 2) Don't expect friendly employees. You won't be disappointed this way. 3) Don't expect friendly customers. Most customers do not follow the first 2 rules here and are agitated. 4) Go with the attitude that everyone else is a joke. Watch the unhappy customers, unhappy employees, and those of us that follow the suggestions listed in 1,2, & 3. You'll know which ones we are. Stay relaxed and you'll be fine.
