Anyway, I knew my wallet was doomed the moment I stepped into Vintage Charm - just the name Vintage Charm already had me hooked. Thankfully, I didn't spend too much though I know I easily could have, especially since I went in here on a nice sunny day. Warm weather can really drain a woman's wallet! But I knew it was meant to be when I scored the last long flowy skirt (made in Italy ok!) in my size. So if you're looking for a nice & unique gift for kids, your mother, girlfriend, etc., this is a good place, but of course don't leave here without buying something for yourself! I will definitely be back at some point when I'm in the area again. Their return policy is full refund with receipt after 10 days. I think after 30 days it's only store credit.

And the items were not seasonal- they were earrings and a neutral purse. I will definitely avoid shopping in this store again.

Only to learn from a staff member that it had been inoperable for several days and the elevator was also out of service. For a major retailer in 2025, that's unacceptable. On top of that, the store feels extremely overstuffed with merchandise, making the aisles cramped and cluttered. It creates a bargain basement vibe instead of the clean, easy to shop experience I once knew. The prices are great when coupons or sales hit, including the 25% offer that you're given when you drop off an Amazon return there. But the overall feel of this location makes it seem like it's in decline, with little effort to improve the customer experience. Note: Amazon returns are on the second floor until 8p. After 8p, it's on the first floor.

After receiving the piece I called Melanie back to again confirm 14K solid yellow gold, she was quite snippy and rude. She reneged stating only the bezel was gold and the cage was not solid gold. Why was it advertised as 14K gold? If the bezel was indeed Stuller I am sure it would have a 14K gold stamp. Not a lot of integrity here! I've worked at a jewelry store.
