10 STARS I love this store! My favorite SA here is Michael! Customer service is great. I found the purse online but was not sure if it'll get here on time before December 17th so I called and spoke to Michael. They put it on hold til I got there. I drove an hour to get to this store. When I arrived I looked for them and they didn't disappoint. They went above and beyond with their service! Very polite and just the kindest and sweetest person here! I like watches and I came here just to look around for the time being, two ladies were nice to help and show the different watches. I had a couple of questions and they were both nice to let me know the options available. I did like their selection and took one home. The store looks clean and very organized, not a lot of people when I came in so that was a plus for me. I did see other items that might be of interest. Will stop by again. read more

I looked everywhere for a limited edition Michael Kors Hamilton bag with rose gold hardware and I was able to find it at the Oakbrook Michael Kors! The staff was amazing and Kerry was able to reserve one of their last bags for me! When I went to pick it up it was all wrapped up with tissue. She even enclosed a thoughtful handwritten thank you note as an extra touch! Thank you again! read more

Anyone that knows me knows me knows that I have a Michael Kors obsession, from watches to purses, to jewelry, to clothing, I even dress my boyfriend in MK. So it was super disappointing when I went into this location and the sales associate not only looked at me like I didn't belong in there but proceeded to lie to me saying I was not able to return a purchase from online because it has been on sale. Now I manage a retail store so I understand they didn't want their numbers to go down for the day but to blatantly lie saying I can only do an exchange and not even get store credit is ridiculous. I tried to give her benefit of the doubt so called customer service to check the information she had given me and the wonderful rep let me know that I was correct and should have been able to return the item there. very disheartening, should treat your customers with more respect. read more

Michael Kors, I'm addicted to you, your watches, your purses, your shoes. So naturally I'm a huge fan, but this location will only get 3 stars for now. I had brought a purse in to get a zipper replacement and I was quoted 2 weeks and wasn't given a price cost. Three weeks later, no phone call than it finally hit four and I decided to give them a call and the associate took down my number and had a manager call me back. I was told it'll be in the following week, which would make it just short of a 5 week service for a quote 2 week deal. I'm a time person if you tell me you'll pick me up in 15 minutes than I'll be wating outside for you in 15 minutes. I rather have you quote me longer and get it back earlier than quote me wrong of 3 whole weeks. A girl gotta have her purse! So when I picked up my purse I was charged almost $80 for a zipper fix and some cleaning they did, but at their own decision because when I originally talked to the associate we said the zipper and a cleaning on the shoulder strap, but the invoice said the back of the purse was also cleaned, I wasn't completely satisfied with the job and the zipper was extremely scratched so they gave me a $15 discount, whoop-dee-doo. At least I got my purse back with a working zipper right? read more

Horrible service. And very upset with how they handle stuff here. I bought a very large handbag and was not offered a duster bag for storage... Had to fight for one. Anyone knows that nice handbags should come with a nice duster bad for storage. Then, I just called the oak brook location, where I received a wristlet for my birthday from a few months ago bc the wristlet handle just snapped off asking if they could do anything for me. Very snotty the sales person replied, no! We only do that for handbags, you'll have to buy a new one. Thanks, but I'll stick with my Louis and Burberry from now on. Three stars. I understand it is important to make a sale, but I don't think making customers feel uncomfortable is going get the job done! I went into the store wanting to make an even exchange and after roaming around unable to find anything, I brought up an item from the internet I really liked. Well the sales associate, whose name I believe was Bailey, was very unpleasant. She kept saying, "That's an old style. An old, old last season style. It is very old, none of the stores will carry it." She must have said it about twelve different times while I was there.. As a sales associate, shouldn't you try to appeal to all people: those that like current trends and those that like older ones? But hey, what do I know? I'm just an old-fashioned girl! read more

From my first step into the door I was greeted by a sales associate names Kelsey. She was not only extremely friendly but super helpful! I came into the store to look around and browse and she was more than happy to let me Ramble on about what I like and don't like about purses and showed me a variety of bags. After giving me her pro and cons on certain bags she recommended a purse to me I wouldn't have picked for myself- but it pays off because I love it. She and the other sales woman were super helpful, without being pushy. Which is something I often find in many stores. I like having other people's opinions so when they were giving me tips and their opinions I liked that they were soft and not pushing me one way or the other. Service is wonderful, the staff so helpful, but never pushy - but that's where I stop with the positive accolades. I'm feeling sorry for those that have pursued careers with what I think was a good idea initially, until MK beat it to the pulp. From Ross to the couture salons at NM and Nordstrom, to the street peddlers selling faux MK stuff for around 30 bucks, you can find Michael Kors clothes, shoes & accessories everywhere. It's as though there was a tremendous explosion and only Michael Kors of all domestic designers, survived. From the looks of the typical woman's arm and entire body, MK isn't going anywhere, anytime soon. That said, no one will see me wearing MK ever again. There can be too much of a good thing. I absolutely LOVE Krystal at this Michael Kors location!!!! Every time I go, I always purchase something from her. She is always extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to meet my customer needs. This last visit, I took back my purse I purchased a few months ago because of an issue w/the strap I've had for the 2nd time. Instead of sending my purse out to get it repaired (like the 1st time), she managed to have her manager switch my purse for a brand new one (exact style). The manager of the store is also very sweet/helpful and she definitely put a smile on my face. Awesome customer service! I definitely plan to go back again... My day was made by the both of them. I dropped my purse off to be repaired a few months ago because the handles were falling apart and the staff was so friendly. They informed me that my purse would have to be sent out and it was not covered under warranty as it was over a year old. I love the purse so I was willing to pay for the repairs. As promised they called me within 10 days to give me the price for the repairs and would call me once the purse was ready to be picked up. I waited about 2 months for them to call me (they told me it would be about 6 weeks for the repair) and I called them to see if the bag was ready. It was ready and they were very apologetic for not calling me to let me know it was ready. I went in to pick up my bag and it looked wonderful. I am now a Michael Kors fan for life! read more

I went into this Michaels Kors store this evening to buy a watch ..... They no longer had the one I was looking for .... The women there understood how important it was for me to do something for myself so they helped me find something that fit my style .... I'm a retail supervisor and I will say I have never had better customer service then I had tonight the 3 women that helped me made me feel comfortable and right at home ... Krystal, Claire, and Sara are wonderful.... I recommend them to every one... I will be visiting that store more often.... Just for them they are all worth double what they are paid at the very least read more

They will give you top notch service until they realize you won't make a purchase right then and there. Very unprofessional and will move on to the next customer before you know it. The employees are better trained than their store manager. A bit backwards if you ask me. Don't go here. read more

This store and the people who work there are amazing! Beyond helpful and go above and beyond to help you and make it a point to make sure you leave happy. I hope that they are treated well by their employers and corporate because everybody who works their is great and treats customers with not only respect but makes them feel like they are beyond valued.
