Clearance items to the left rear of the store, work shoes to the right rear, some clothing items mainly tee shirts. You'll find more women's shoes, a small selection of children's, and s workable choice in men's. However, if you're looking for size 14, I only found a couple, a few 13's, 12 down your options increase. The helpful cashier signed me up for their rewards program and held my purchase up front for me. I had to retrieve my car from the other side of the lot, I wanted to walk off my lunch. My only change would be more of those little seats to sit down while you try on shoes. I did the belaying one foot thing. I finally spotted one against a far wall but I was done already.

I recently went to Old Navy and purchased an item at the listed price. After leaving the store, I…read morenoticed that there was a discount available that would have lowered the price. While I was in the store, I spoke with the manager, who told me I would need to add two items to my purchase in order to receive the discount. This was very misleading because it made it seem like that was the only way to qualify for the promotion. I ended up returning to the store to get a refund, but the manager gave me a hard time and told me that I was supposed to let them know about the discount beforehand. Since she was the manager and appeared to know how the promotion worked, I feel like I was given misleading information and was then made to feel as though it was my fault. It seemed like she was intentionally trying to prevent me from receiving the lower price.

I don't want to tell you about my secret…read more But I will. Let's start with a story, shall we? Back when my 11 year old was my first and only, I spent a RIDICULOUS amount of money at Picture People. R.i.d.i.c.u.l.o.u.s., I tell you. And I was happy with the service/quality, for the most part. That was 2006-2007 Courtney. Let's pour one out in loving memory of the time when I had disposable cash in spades, one kid, and much less responsibility overall (& less gray hair too, but I digress). Oh, hai. 2017 Courtney here. Mom of FIVE. Preschooler (my youngest at age four) was sick for school pictures, so enter the JCP Portrait Studio. Now, listen. I'm a realist. My four year old hates new things, hates chaotic environments, and basically was NOT at all sold on the idea of professional photographs in general. So I knew right away...this would be an uphill battle. When we arrived and checked in, we met the photographer (Britt). Okay, now you know...that's my secret. Britt. She's f*cking amazing. I basically told her that the four year old is a tough sell, hates all new situations, and I had very, very, VERY limited hope. Well, B worked her magic and--I kid you not--the preschooler wants to go back again and again and again. And again. The pictures were amazing. Britt won my littlest over immediately and it shows on basically every photo. I was hoping for one semi-grimaced photograph to commemorate the preschool year. I received (and subsequently ordered) gobs of captures of super smiling, delighted daughter. Like...with a REAL smile. Mind. Officially. Blown. But seriously, you guys...Britt. She's the one you want, especially if your kid is a tough sell. Two pro tips before I go: 1. The studio is located on the lower level of JCP by the salon. We literally had to ask someone because it's rather hidden. 2. Check Groupon for amazing photo packages! What. A. Steal. So now you know: you want photographs from JCP with Britt. You're welcome. Seriously. You. Are. Welcome.

I'm almost positive The Buckle isn't monitoring their reviews online. My boyfriend loves their…read morejeans and they have an awesome variety that should make buying several pairs of high end jeans easy! The selection is great and they are very high quality, so you actually can't go wrong with the product. So what's the real problem if their jeans are almost unbeatable? How could a store that offers stylish pants that are durable, and a great fit for most people be a problem? Behold... the complete bulls mess.... Their sales associates are tactless, overly aggressive and it comes across as sheer desperation. A few months ago, I treated my boyfriend to a pair of jeans. The sales associate tried to whew me to the other side of the store to buy women's clothes, no thanks. I get to the register to pay for the pair of jeans and the cashier says,"None for you?" (Blinks) It was nearly impossible to miss your 8 sales associates trying to force me to buy. I don't say any of that by the way, I just politely say no. So I went back in last weekend and I made the mistake of browsing the tables where the women's pants were hanging. 1st sales person loudly professes,"We have over 60 styles of women's jeans! Here's a pair that would look good on you." Hands me jeans that I couldn't fit. I'm browsing the rack holding these jeans because I don't want to put them down right away. She comes back with a second pair of jeans a size smaller! I turn to her and say,"I actually don't wear skinny jeans. I only wear boot cut or pants that aren't tapered to the ankle." She's like,"Oh, you could fit these they stretch." She stands there stretching these jeans with her hands. (Blinks in complete shock) So you are just going to completely ignore everything I just said and try to sell me some pants I have just clearly communicated to you that I don't want? I don't say a word because the issue wasn't that I couldn't fit them, I don't want to squeeze into tight pants. A moment later another sales associate comes over and says,"I know you are just talking to (whatever her name was), we have over 60 styles of jeans these would look great on you, and they stretch she's opening and closing the waist of the jeans. I look at the pants and call out the size these are way too small for me. I can't fit this. I can't even fit the ones in my hand, so I know I can't fit that! She's like ummm they can fit you. You will be surprised how much they stretch. She fails to acknowledge I'm holding pants I don't want that I think are too small. She also doesn't address how annoyed I am that I was given three pair of pants I didn't ask for in the wrong size in less than 5 minutes. At any moment a skilled or even remotely decent sales person would've said,"What size do you wear? Maybe I can help you find something you'd like or point you to where it is?" Customers don't care if you have over 60 styles of jeans if you don't carry the size and style that they want to wear. Consultative selling is something they've had 0 experience in so they sell you so hard without knowing what you want. They don't even know how to start a conversation and get the right information out of you to sell you something you could want. My guess is Buckle has a terrible training program that doesn't teach associates how to ask targeted questions. They wouldn't leave me alone and they couldn't point me to the kind of jeans I asked about. My boyfriend bought a pair of jeans and a few shirts and the cashier said,"Who helped you?" I remembered the name of the first sales person and I said her name. I felt sorry for the sales associates, I imagine it's a dog race on an endless track.
