They carry very cute lines of clothing, and a variety of other baby items, one of which is teething toys from a company called Itzy Ritzy ~ right in downtown Naperville. Take the time to look at everything because you might just stumble on the perfect baby/shower gift. There were even a few pairs of adorable shoes for those babies who are not yet standing or walking. Sizes start with newborn and go up to 4T and there is a sister store in Geneva, so if this store doesn't have the size you are looking for, the other store might. I did purchase a few things, but I did not feel pressured in any way. Jennie was able to answer all my questions and welcomed me to browse for as long as I wanted. Pricing was right on target for the items. This store put a smile on my face.

It seems like at the time I was here they'd just opened an expanded portion of their store, where they have some toys and things for older children--toddlers and up. You'll find lots of clothes, blankets, and books, as well as a couple wagons, strollers, and car seats. The owner is a midwife as well so you might avail yourself of services, too. I bought a couple of onesies that are magnetized. I keep hearing "no snaps!!" (but like EVERY PIECE of baby clothing has snaps...), so these were intriguing. They have a magnets along the flap as the closure mechanism so I bought a couple in the 6-9 month and above size to try them out. I have high hopes!

Not sure what happened but my friend said they packed the wrong size of ruffle butt when they got the outfit. I went to exchange but they no longer had the size we needed. Toddler sizes... almost nothing. Not worth my time to look at one table of toddler size clothing. The nail in the coffin was my stop this afternoon. I thought I would stop here first, head to Kohl's and/or Carter's if I can't find anything here (since these stores are in the same strip mall). I was looking for some toddler pants BTW. I found a couple, good quality pants for my daughter. However, the signs baiting me in the store said 50-60% off winter clearance. Not one thing I saw in the store had these prices. I saw signs for 25% off only. Ok, there might be something if you reeeeeally look for it, but especially nothing in the toddler sizes. Disappointing. I wish that was the worst. But unfortunately this store needs to train their employees better. I was incredibly disheartened to hear a male worker and a female worker speak quite badly about a woman customer they had earlier that day. The woman apparently bought some baby clothes here for her daughter's baby doll. The employees ripped her apart for spending $ on real kids clothes for a doll. I guess I get where they were coming from, but 1) the lady gave your store some business 2) you were talking unnecessarily horribly about her IN FRONT OF ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS. I walked out without purchasing anything and I won't be back. Treat your customers better and shame on your employees. So sorry to make this my 200th review on Yelp.

Nobody greeted you in this store…read more I was a bit confused as there were so many things in boxes in the front of the store that I wasn't sure if they were items of sale of things that just hadn't gotten stocked yet. There weren't a ton of things in the store and there seemed to be a lot of space behind the counter with things that hadn't gotten out on the shelves yet. I was grateful that I as able to find a few items. When checking out the woman wasn't friendly and really didn't say anything to me other than the total. Also kind of tucked away and hard to find. Probably not my first Once Upon A Child that I will return too.

Was in the area for an event and decided to swing by to see if there were fun things for our little…read moreone. Upon walking in it was jam packed with things. Majority of the store was girl clothes, but we were able to find some board books and part take in their bodysuit sale. We found a bunch of cute onesies for super cheap. We also looked around at their bassinets, and various nursery items to see if we could find things we didn't have and they were fairly priced. Overall, it was a decent experience. While waiting to check out, I saw the employees buying some of the items this family brought in. It was nice to know that they buy things gentle used and wash them before putting them on the floor for folks to purchase.
