A lot of people complain that the MAC girls are snobby and bitchy, but I don't personally think that. I feel like the guys that work there are usually friendlier than the ladies, but thats fine. They have the worst customer service here & I will never return. One of the male employees walked by me at least 3 times and didn't acknowledge me once. When he started ringing up my aunt and I,he suddenly disappeared and someone else was paying with another employee. He completely just left without letting us know someone else was going to ring us up. When I asked, if she was ringing us up and he gave me attitude and responded yes she was there first. I would've appreciated being informed of what was going on. It wasn't even busy for him to have walked away. They all have the worst attitudes as if they think they're better than everyone. I've never had any problem here but today I had a problem with this grill rajka or however u spell it. We came into the store no one bothered to ask us so I tried getting my powder from the drawer n that girl comes to us and says don't open the drawer someone will b with u. But instead of getting someone to help us she helps someone else. So finally someone asked my sis n I. she helped with the powder n the pencil liner my sis was taken to a section where they sell the pencils. Then that same girl went in front of my sister while she was looking for her makeup. So now we got our stuff n was brought to the counter. It was the girl who went in front of my sister, the one said someone will help n said not to open the drawer coz no one was helping. Anyway, when it was my turn I asked to get her name. That's it. Then she went off about the drAwer. I was like I'm just getting ur name and u didn't have to tell your coworkers what happened because I didn't even bring it up. Now I'm upset because she's talking back n I'm suppose to be the customer. Then the other register person asked to help instead of that girl. Then he tells me "we don't have people using profound language in our store" and I was like what n turned to my sister and asked "did I cuss?" My sister said no n said to the cashier how could u accuse ur customers of false accusations. At that point I decided to not purchase n brought my purchase to elsewhere. Ok, this review is directed toward the Nordstrom counter. The girls are rude, arrogant, and overall below average artist. I decided to try out a new counter and I have been with MAC for years, my mistake. I know my way around make-up and thought it would be fun to have someone else do my make-up. These girls were so bitchy that they were even rude to their co-workers. One girl did my eyes and another did my face. Not professional and I overheard my girl talk shit about her new client. Anyways, I asked for a specific look....defiantly, not what I got. I looked so dreadful. Literally, a drag queen would be horrified to have my look. The client next to me was very unhappy with her look as well. I could not believe how average her make-up was. I wanted to grab a shadow brush and work my own magic on this poor girl. Anyways, when it came to pick out my make-up the artist to do my face make-up was beyond pushy . I was so over it and went home and redid my make-up. read more

When she was done she ignored me and went to go swatch lipsticks on her hand as there was no one in the store. After 5 minutes, the other cashier also didn't acknowledge me. Finally a manager came out to override something and asked if I had been helped. I said no, she helped me with a return and that was it. No one else acknowledged me or tried to help me. Went in with my mother and she was waiting over 10mins to have someone help her get a lipstick she opened the drawer to get it herself cause she probably would've waited another 10mins let's be real. Two employees came rushing in seconds to tell her not to open the drawers. She explained she was waiting 10min for someone to acknowledge her as she was basically flagging down employees but I guess they like to ignore customers here. I love MAC, it is definitely an addiction of mine, but for some reason this location doesn't do it for me. Some of the sales associates are not very friendly, and I often feel pressured to buy more than what I need, which I hate. Even though this location is close by me I rather drive to the Sunset Blvd location for exclusive free standing MAC products because the staff is much friendlier and more willing to help. read more

I ordered a physical gift card on Dec.3 On Dec 5 my credit card was charged. I figured that if the credit card was charged, the gift card was on the way. By Dec 15 I had not received the gift card. I called and was told that I had not given them a complete address, that I was missing my unit number so UPS could not deliver. I think not. I have lived at this address for 20 years. Was told that the gift card would be shipped 2nd day delivery and be in my hands by Tue., Dec 19. Again, no UPS delivery. Again I was told that I had not given them the unit number. After speaking to two representatives I finally got the address corrected. On Thurs., Dec 21 I received the gift card. Would I ever order from them again? NEVER Worst customer service ever!! I had no intention of getting makeup at the mall, and what happened ???? I got a whole new face with the help from Patty ! She was so friendly and made me feel incredibly comfortable. On the fly, I said 'you know what, I need a boost'. That was all she needed. I spent an hour with her. She brought out a little of everything, did my make up, explained all the products and on top of everything else, she seemed genuinely excited about all of it. I'm not that skilled in the make up department and that just made her want to help me more. I will definitely go back because of her. I recently went to the MAC store inside the Glendale Galleria for the Selena Limited Addition Collection on October 6, 2016 (Huge Selena Fan) I arrived there around 8:00am. There was lots of people lined up waiting for the store to open to be the first ones to purchase the MAC Selena Limited Addition Collection. So I got in line and received a wrist band and a card with a number on it (the card was to check off the items you wanted to purchase from the collection if they were still available by the time You made it into the store and they could have it ready for you (and if it wasn't sold out) everyone in line was super excited to buy even just one piece from the Selena collection. Zabrina Graham the Retail Manager made our wait in line Fun and Comfortable. Fun by playing games asking questions about Selena in order to win a white long stem rose. Comfortable by going from the front of the line to the end of the line asking everyone if they would like sweet bread, water and candy! And if we needed anything/if everything was good.. it totally made our wait very smooth! It was finally my turn to go in and make my purchase for the Selena Limited Addition Collection.. I was able to get everything except the Brush, Mascara and the bidi bidi bom bom lip gloss (not bad considering the lip gloss was only a online exclusive) I was VERY happy with what I was able to get. Thank you Zabrina and the MAC staff you are Awesome! The very next day my friend and I had a Selena inspired makeover appointment.. Zabrina was my make up artist and she remembered me!!! She asked me what kind of look I wanted and I said dramatic lol! I absolutely loved the look she did on me!!!! You Rock Zabrina! Highly recommended this MAC location and ask for Zabrina!!!!
