I've been here a few times and it seems like they don't restock as they should. Once one item is out it takes them a while to get it again. I she spent at least $500 here on multiple visits so this is why my next comment matters. Now my main concern is how the sales ladies always chase my husband around as if he is stealing something. Today was the worst, my husband and both sons walked in as we were all looking for something but the tall lady with black hair was the worst. She literally moved around that shop step by step with my husband. She then brought out the hairstylist which is a man with gray hair and between both and the stylist kept an eye on my husband like a hawk. Of course the stylist keeping a way farther distance than the lady. I get it. Beauty shops are the target for a lot of crime with the wigs and all but they way they behaved made me not ever want to return. I rather give my business to a big chain than to put my family in an uncomfortable position. The workers here are super nice but the clips-in hair extensions are overpriced for the amount. I went in and bought one pack for $140 and when I opened it, it was paper thin. My toddler has more hair than the extensions I bought. I would need 4 packs for it to look decent. I thought I would support a small company instead of buying from the big companies like Bellami Hair, but in this situation it was a mistake. I'd rather pay double for 10x the weight in hair. I've been coming tho this store for about 3 years now. They have everything from hair products and makeup. They have the best lashes ever, thats mainly the reason why I kept coming back. But today I had it. It's been on multiple occasions that I walk in and immediately from the moment that I walk in there's an employee behind me walking through the whole store with me. They don't even try to discreetly watch you, they full on have their eyes on you like a hawk. I felt sooooo offended. I've put up with this on other occasions because I really love their wide spread of products but I am literally being racially profiled every time I walk in. I understand it's an Armenian owned store, but I don't think it's fair to treat paying customers this way. Multiple Armenians have walked in while I'm doing my shopping and they don't follow them just me, so I know it's because of my ethnicity.
