BUYER BEWARE I rarely leave negative reviews, but after trying to resolve this privately through the salon and Groupon, I feel obligated to share my experience. I booked a Russian gel manicure/pedicure at Glam Loft Salon via Groupon and paid approximately $150 total, including gratuity. Russian gel services are marketed as premium treatments expected to last significantly longer than standard gel (the Groupon listing advertised 5-6 weeks). My manicure began lifting and chipping in fewer than 72 hours. By day 9, every fingernail was lifting substantially. The issues extended beyond longevity: * Several cuticles remained sore and irritated after the appointment.* The pedicure was not unaffected, despite later claims otherwise -- one toenail experienced lifting/chipping and another appeared to have been cut during service, leaving lingering discoloration and pain near the cuticle.* My appointment ended substantially sooner than the timeframe indicated in confirmation materials.* The Groupon voucher included a complimentary scrub and mask, neither of which was provided. When I contacted the salon seeking a resolution, the responses shifted wildly over time. I was told the manicure may have failed because my nails were "short," because I may have been "moving" or "using my phone," and eventually because my photographs appeared to show "two weeks of growth," despite the documented timeline. Everyone can have an off day, and one imperfect service alone would not have prompted this review. What ultimately disappointed me was the inability to acknowledge legitimate concerns without redirecting responsibility back to the client. I'm sharing this for anyone considering premium-priced Russian gel services here: my experience was that the results did not remotely match the advertised longevity or quality, and the follow-up resolution process was frustrating and dismissive. read more

Visited Glam Loft Salon for the first time this week. Had a hard gel Russian Mani with Kima and a Russian Gel Pedi with Katya. I walked in ashamed of how horrible my nails looked and walked out smiling ear to ear with the yummiest latte to go! The salon owner was an absolute Gem, so sweet and kind, very hands on with her salon, it was obvious she pours her heart and soul into her business. The nail techs were phenomenal! My nails look so amazing, let's just say they worked a miracle... they did amazing and I have already booked my next appointment. My previous nail tech at another salon left the country and I've been on the hunt for a nail salon I can trust and be regular at. I am so happy to have found Glam Loft and highly recommend them. Can't wait to try other services they offer. read more

Best pedicure I've ever had in my life. First time here, so still learning their highlights, but I won't go anywhere else for a pedicure, that's for sure. I can't wait to try out their other services. And for those who are visiting for the first time, there is a parking lot that charges for general parking, but if you tell the attendant you're there for this business, there is no parking fee. Definitely recommend. read more

As a mama, business owner and over all picky B**ch, I was so tired of making time to book these other nail salons and being let down by all the so called Nail Artists attempting Russian Mani's yet leaving me unsatisfied, with clumpy hard gel overlays and cuticles sliced a bloody mess. Let me tell yall (which is prob gonna bite me in the ass cause these girls are going to get so booked from how much I've yapped about them!) Kima and Katya are AMAZING!! For the first time in years I sat back and was able to fully relax during a nail service because they were sooo gentle yet SOOO THOROUGH. Silva the owner is amazing, and offers the best hospitality while you're there. I even asked for a last minute haircut and blow out and ofcourse Silv killed it! I walked in at 2:30 and left with a Hard gel Russian mani, Gel pedi, Haircut and blow dry by 6! Also, you're not being shuffled around a hectic nail salon where 30 woman are gossiping from across your station ruining the whole relaxing experience. read more

This review is not for Silva the owner but she definitely should take note because she is allowing someone so unprofessional to work out of her salon. Ashot, Aslan, which ever you go by. The most unprofessional service person I have ever come across. Every single time I have had an appointment he has either made me wait over 30 minutes until he finishes a client or he's simply not there and makes me wait until he decides its a good time for him. Another reason is he has double booked our appointments when we had it in writing for when to do my hair dying and extensions. I even let that slide and moved the appointment to another day. What does make me write this nasty review is he FLAKED on me on the day of my bridal shower! He used the B.S. excuse that his phone was stolen and couldn't wake up in time. I was late to my own bridal shower! He is lucky that this wasn't my wedding day!! Which he WAS also booked for. Please please please never go to him or trust him for any service. Luckily theres a hair salon right across the street! They saw me in tears and I was lucky enough to get squeezed in. Shame on Ashot/Aslan. Silva he is making glamloft look unprofessional I suggest you get people on your team that are actually worthy. He is nothing special there are a million other hair professionals that would make your place look much better. read more

Marishka was very kind and accommodating when I visited the salon for eyelash extensions appointment. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job. Also the material she uses feel very natural and almost like real eyelashes. I would definitely recommend her services! read more

I've been a loyal customer here for the past few months. I'm never disappointed by how well they last. I do rubber base hard gel because I'm rough with my hands and need them to last. I endlessly get compliments from how clean my nails look versus from when I use to go to other salons. Glam Loft is absolutely worth the price! read more

Today I had the worst experience of my life in glam loft Salon, I made an appointment for gelx with Olga, since I wanted to have short nails they suggested another method and I agreed but the result came out not only ugly but also so thick that its uncomfortable. Beside that I waited 15 min for her to show up and she took 2.5 hours just to give me nails that I will takeoff asap! read more

I had my nails done last Saturday with Kima, it was my first time with her, and I am delighted with the service, my nails are perfect, she was careful in every detail, my nails were super thick and she left them thin and delicate, she did my cuticle removal with excellence. I will definitely come back, thank you Kima for your excellent work! read more

Let me paint an experience. My sister and I are visiting LA for a wedding. We were walking by the glam loft and decided to get manicures around 5pm. Silva welcomed us with a smile and handed us beautiful roses! She offered us mimosas and was very attentive throughout. The manicure itself was excellent. Both my sister and I were so impressed at the attention to detail and hospitality despite being so close to closing hours. I honestly think it's the best manicure I've ever had. Thank you Silva, hope to see y'all next time we're in town! read more

It is so hard to find a good salon in LA! I was beyond happy with the service and outcome I received from my services and treatments there! I was in desperate need of a good hairstylist to restore my hair that knew how to cut my curly hair properly. Silva worked her magic with her amazing talent and expertise! She gave me an amazing keratin treatment to restore my hair along with a fabulous cut! I received so many compliments from the day I walked out of the salon! She is so meticulous with her work and dedication to her clients. Also, I got my nails done there by Eliza and Vivi. Their expertise were amazing. I was blown away at the detail and time that went into making them look perfect and exactly how I wanted! From the staff, to the professionals, and the ambiance of this salon you must experience it :) Grateful to have their expertise and care! read more
