I stopped by at 11:00 am to get my medication, after being check in with the "pharmacist", I was told to come back in an hour, since I have been in so much pain and couldn't wait there, I came home and sent sometime to pick up my medication at 3:00 pm. The person was asked to come back in half an hour. This is just ridiculous. I am glad I don't need to visit this pharmacy at all. Thanks to Kaiser for having everything in one place.

As a instacart shopper , you would expect the staff to be more helpful. I was doing the order , hoping to get help on an item that may have been in another location. As I was finished with my shop , I got to the front and was greeted taylor very rudely to start. I asked about the specific item.Possibly being in another location that I could not find and his response was. "I don't know dude you should google it" when I asked for him to help me look for it.He said he wasn't going to look for it and he's new here. Josh banned me and my friend for "vandalizing" even though I didn't do anything.
