Second I looked around for a quick snack to buy, went over to the hot dogs and noticed trash inside the can used to hold the tongs that are used to serve the food??? I walked into this 7-11 last night around 6pm (Saturday night). I got some Gatorade, brought it to the counter. The clerk was eating at the register--shoving some sort of cucumber salad into his mouth. I said a friendly "hi." No response, just a state. So I said it again. Still no response. The guy finally maybe realized where he was and muttered something offhand that I took to be a hello. But it was too late. Unprofessional, lousy customer service. what a crock of s---. i go in for a small coffee which is 2.29 at all the other 7 11 stores. they charged me 2.69, claming prices went "up". a rude attitude from the clerk. this was on 05-04-25. i work at the mall and sometime i go in for coffee and such. i bought a sandwhich there at another time and was over charged. the price was lsied as 5.99 and they charged 6.49. i have to watch not just yhis 7 11, but others as well. a third time they tried the sam with another sandwich i was buying. what a crock. 7 11 is a rip off. they want a quick buck. read more

This is 7/11 as I am here daily if not more than once on some days. The store is Always clean and tidy. The crew is awesome and friendly. Once I forgot my backpack , wallet and all and by the time I called they had already held it safe for me. Due to my Mtn Dew addiction I have visited a number of 7/11s and this is by far the best. Cashier was extremely rude when I accidentally got 2 coffee cups stuck together. Made me take apart my coffee and took the cup back instead of just charging a little extra if it was such an issue. This particular 7 Eleven has a 2 for one dollar banana deal that I take advantage of quite often. You see, bananas are sort of like the classic Twix bar in that you really want two of them, even if you space them out a bit over an hour or two. Not all 7 Elevens do the 2 for one, and these 7 Elevens are not worth your time. Please, take advantage of this potassium-tastic deal! Other notes: This 7 Eleven does not get that elusive 5th star due to the fact that their chicken fingers never look too good, and sometimes their pizza is quite dry looking. This location is one of the smaller ones, and does not have quite the selection the 7 Eleven further down Broadway has. However, that location does not offer the aforementioned banana deal, so I make a point to always visit this location. This location also has friendly staff and the line is never too long. They are very cool about letting me use my 7 Eleven only parking spot to run next door and grab a croissant after making my purchase in their fine establishment. I remember this 7 Eleven as the store that always had that homeless man that would jackoff by the trashcan outside. It seems that ever since my husband said something to him about it (he's somewhat intimidating looking anyway) he hasn't been there since. That's a good thing because I used to hate that there'd be homeless out in front begging for money. I'd always have to pretend to be on the phone with someone to avoid feeling like an asshole for going inside to buy something and then saying I didn't have any money when we all know that I do because I just bought a scratcher, slurpee and a Hershey chocolate bar with almonds. I love that there's a Redbox here though. Ever since NetFlix decided to get douchealicious on the world by doubling their prices, Redbox has been our savior for renting movies. Well John let me tell you about your employee... ... Rashad is by far the most rude and disrespectful employee you have. On 12/01/2020 I went in and was inquiring about the Monterey Jack tacos and Rashad decided that arguing with me and my sister because we asked "how fresh are the tacos, how long ago did you put them in?" His response was "they are fresh and we aren't gonna sit here and argue about how fresh it is." When I advised him that I wasn't arguing I was only asking he said "no take it or go" meanwhile he was arguing with another customer because the customer was attempting to purchase a mask and he wasn't trying to help the customer find the mask. When we decided to get our iced coffee another lady was being yelled at and disrespected by him to. Now if you want to hire people like that make sure you train them properly. At the end of the day the customers are paying for what they ask for. The other issue with this man was that as he handled money and touched all different items he also touched food and cups and bags. As a health care employee I can say he is not following COVID regulations and is putting others at high risk. That is obviously all on camera since I notice you have at least 7 cameras all pointing at that area. COVID regulations state to change gloves and wash hands when handling food. Anywho! Complaint: Illegal "Bait & Switch" Problem: price of product posted: ($.50). Price charged at register: ($.99) At about 5:50 PM I saw a customer telling the cashiers (male & female Hispanic) that the price of the glazed donut was advertised outside on the window for $.50. The clerks insisted that the donut was $.99 not $.50. A very nice (and good looking) GPD officer offered to $ for the donut but it seems that $ was not the issue. The customer chose not to purchase the donut and mentioned that advertising one price and charging another is illegal as "bait & switch". When I left the 7-11 I checked the wall (forgot to take a pic but will when I go back) and sure enough a glazed donut was advertised for $.50 in huge letters. This is your basic old 7-Eleven location in the middle of a mixed neighborhood. There is a lot of shopping, some businesses and residential all nearby. However this location has a small free parking lot and some street parking adjacent as well. They have a fairly friendly staff, lotto machines, hot dog rollers, and a Red Box video rental machine. What more do you need? I think they even do the pizza's at this location, but I am not 100% certain of that. Overall though, this is a handy little spot in the middle of Glendale if you need to make a quick pit stop for 7-Eleven/convenience store stuff. read more

This 7-Eleven is good. It's the one closest to my home and it has friendly employees that put up with my 2 am silliness. As far as products go there is no difference that I notice or care about compared to other 7-Elevens. All that matters is that I leave the store feeling more inspired than when I came in. They have a Citibank ATM inside and a Red Box located right outside the employees are very friendly and the parking is very limited and the Glendale Police Station is right around the corner and they are always stopping by so it is safe even late at night. There is a clean restroom inside that they will allow you to use which none of the other 7-11 stores have which is nice and convenient. Your only a couple of blocks down from the Americana so you can buy your goodies to take to the theater. read more

I don't come to this location often, as it's not the closest to my home, and there are often weirdos hanging out in the parking lot, but I stopped in on New Year's Day for a few things on our way home from vacation, while my kids napped in the car. Clearly, I planned to run in quickly. As I rushed in, I asked the attendant, who was at an empty counter, if they had Capri Suns. He stared at me blankly. I repeated myself. He repeated it back in broken English. So I described what they look like. More blank stares. I said forget it & ran to the back to grab drinks. I reached in for a gallon of milk & one has expired that day & another expired a week BEFORE! Unacceptable. Why aren't you checking your merchandise!? Worse yet, when I went up and told the guy, while purchasing my other items, he brushed it off and replied "oh, okay." Okay!? No, actually it's not! I went to my car & sat there for a couple minutes to see if anyone went to pull the milk out of the case (the store was empty & there were 3 guys working)... but no one moved. I will not be back.
