Service is bad. Staff was defensive & extremely rude when asked a question about reward points. I was called a "Fat Bitch" by a male staff on the morning of 8/6/23, at 1101 S. Glendale Ave. location. Informed owner Ali Faroz (818) 242-5890. He didn't call me back as requested, twice. I contacted "7 eleven customer service" @ (800) 255-0711, THREE times, over a one & a half month time frame, no one called me back as stated. No one can tell me if & how this issue was resolved & no one has apologized. So as my right to have an a opinion, I will also boycott 7 eleven. The clerk stole from me! I made a purchase for which I should have received $2.13 in change. The clerk only gave me $2.00 - and when I asked about it, he said it was an "extra tax". I felt intimidated by the long line and I can certainly stand to lose the pennies but the principle really worries me. Is this the way 7-11 clerks make extra money? By the end of a shift I guess you can make enough for dinner. If I owned or managed this store I would be very concerned about this "special tax". It could get you in real trouble some day. read more

This is probably one of the best 7-Elevens in all of Glendale! I went in the morning for a quick breakfast stop. With the whole "Fresh coffee or it's free" campaign they are REALLY stepping up their coffee game, plus the fresh baked pastries are legit. For some reason not all 7-Eleven locations have sausage biscuit, but this one does! Usually microwaves at convenience stores are tiny portals to hell, but this one even has a clean microwave! what can I say, it's the little things. Also, it's close to a school, and a neighborhood park/community center. With families and senior citizens in the area. Great find, was grateful for this pleasant visit, would visit again read more

I Change this 711 for the last 4 years have not had any problems until it comes to this guy name Robert He always is got an attitude. Once to him there way no coffee, his reply was so there no coffee. I had to ask him to make coffee & he did it Reluctently. This morning I go to use my points for a salad & buy An additional one, I had over 2677 points, I just redeem for the salad when he scans it & say $4.59 I informed him as I showed him I was redeeming it and no matter what he was helpful. To the contrary so I put it up asked for a receipt to try to resolve this later. This process to redeem & his attitude made me feel I need to make a comment on Yelp as well as on the 711 store. When I go back to ask his name it tells me that I'm making a big deal out of it and I inform him that is not his 2000 points that has been lost but mine and he was not helpful in any way he then becomes belligerent, cusses and tells me I am making a big deal out of it. Customer service is everything. I have plenty of money, I'm a health care professional; To dismiss a patient On what I clearly can see That something is wrong and then become biliteral and use cuss words at that patient, Well let's just say I wouldn't have a job nor should I, and sees this kind of customer service with someone in a store I'd been frequently for over 4 years made me feel I need to make a A comment. Yes! A new AtM machine installed that accepts deposits yay don't have to drive all the way to the bank with long lines :-) . Went to use it today but since it was just installed yesterday it has no cash so i had to get cash back from the register but only is $10 limited.. The people here are always rude and always flirt with women. There is no napkins anywhere, so be prepared if you spill anything. The staff is full of smiling and helpful people, always greeting guests and willing to help any customer with any issue. I walked in at this store like I always do.I was about to buy cigarettes and Jose Antesana sales clerk sold alcohol without carding someone. 1 - 21 - 2020 aprox 9:40 pm.. I was buying cigarettes and the man carded me. I asked him why he did not card the guy before me? who was buying alcohol. He gave me a short explanation of....the guy does not "look" young...This guy had no beard... I'm 26 years old and and have a full grown beard. Tobacco 18 years and older vs alcohol 21 years and older.. this guy was not professional and had lack of respect... I walked out to get my ID, when I came back in the store I spoke to him in Spanish...he was surprised... he thought I was Arab because of my big beard. "I Get that a lot" Jose was being racist and judgmental, till he found out I was Hispanic just like him... when he helped the guy before me..who was Hispanic, they spoke in Spanish our native language. He did not judge this guy and did not ask for ID when he was buying beer. When I approached him he judged me and asked for my ID because I look Middle Eastern. Then I told him why he don't card everyone he said he does... which was a lie, I just saw him sale alcohol without checking for ID.. I pointed at the sign which says required to check ID FOR TOBACO AND ALCOHOL and told him why don't you card everyone he had no answer.This is really annoying especially when you witness racism first hand...Very disappointed. read more

VATCHE is always in a bad mood never greets or smiles and always shorts me 1 cent . On several occasions my change is one penny and he just hands me my receipt .
